Ciao a tutti dopo due mesi che ho fatto l'ordine estratto di ostriche e ho mandato circa 20 email ho avuto poche risposte mi rispondevano di avere pazienza dopo un po' che mi sono lamentato mi hanno detto che per scusarsi mi davano €10 caricando nella mia carta di credito e cosi' e stato.e mi hanno detto di aspettare altri 15 giorni massimo dopo 20 giorni mando un'altra email e mi hanno dato tutto il rimborso di €25la stessa cifra del pacco che avevo comprato. praticamente quei €10 che prima mi avevano regalato scusandosi per il disagio se li sono nuovamente ripresi.non ho ricevuto niente solo la cifra che io avevo uscito per comprare il prodotto ho aspettato due mesi inutilmente quindi consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono ordinare qualcosa di non farlo con questa azienda perché ho aspettato due mesi inutilmente aspettando il pacco.se potessi metterei o stella
