When order was delayed in the post due to problems at the Post Office, item was delivered to my home by a member of staff from the shop. Excellent customer service given that I lived about 20 miles away & knowing that I needed the order urgently.

Shoes arrived quickly and were as ordered. Unfortunately, the sizing of the style I chose felt smaller than the newer version of the shoe so I had to return them. Not the fault of the store, the return was easy to do and I would buy from Sutton Runner again.
