The return process is very painful, no replies and won’t refund after sending item back

I have returned a faulty item, it was tested and a replacement was dealt with straight away. Georgia was very helpful with this and with ordering some new lights too.

Ordered a replacement for 1 of my mirror panels, Simon was very knowledgeable and whole process very easy.
Panel arrived the next day.

We are very pleased with the heaters we purchased for the garage. Customer services at all times been very satisfactory, prior to purchase explained in all details.

I ordered a IR panel and was very pleased with the service and quick delivery. I rang surya up as I did not know how to set the remote Caz talked me through it and was very helpfull indeed.I was so happy with the previous pic I ordered that I ordered a different pic panel today ,I spoke to Caz again and as before very helpfull.Sheila Phillips.

Very good product , well made and easy to install

Prompt advice, fantastic service from sales (Karan), speedy dispatch and, when delivery company couldn't find our flat, Karen sorted delivery next day. Product looks smarter than I expected and warmth excellent so we are happy and have ordered additional units. Salesman remembered us - all in all, good experience all round. Minor point but we think products should be upgraded to 5GHz WiFi.

Surya is a great company to trade with. They answer the phone, reply to emails and there call handlers know their products inside out.

Prompt delivery and a no hassle return of a thermostat I didn’t need.

We ordered a mirrorstone IR mirror for our bathroom, which despite having both underfloor heating and a radiator has always been a cold room.

Radiator was dead east to install, the template for the screws is a great idea, why other companies don’t do this I’ll never know.

Connected to Wi-Fi easily and now set up for morning and evening.

What a difference, the chill has gone and is replaced by a warm glow.

Just brilliant.

We are very pleased with the heater we purchased for the conservatory. Customer services were quick to respond to my questions prior to purchase. I would say that the remote is not particularly good, but the app (and Alexa) are much better for controlling times and temperature.

We ordered a custom photo panel and are happy with the quality and speed of the service that we received.
The panel arrived earlier than expected, and everyone in the office is really impressed with the quality!

I dealt with Kaz this morning. We had mislaid our manuals to set the heating timers. I was answered very quickly and sent not only a PDF of the manual but a link to an updated online version. All I have to do now is set my timers!

Shipped heaters quickly, well packaged, heaters working well so far!

My first IR panel that is portable and I'm very pleased with it. Provides a subtle heat that quickly warms you. The panel is working well with the remote control.

Delivery was prompt. Unboxed the heater and had a few marks/scrapes. Was missing a remote, wall fixings, manual and drilling template. I strongly suspect it to have been a customers return. Contacted surya who sent out remote and fixings next day but panel already up using own fixings. Heater works well. Bought the 580W for our box room and heats within minutes.

I had ordered 3 Ceiling Heaters from them in December 2022 and they are working great. I then ordered a Mirror heater in October 2023 and a month ago it started to give a burnt smell after about 40 minutes of running. I called the customer service team after they didn't reply to my email.
I was told that I can return the Heater for testing but as per their policy that return cost would be mine and if in the process if the mirror gets damaged then I would have to deal with the courrier company. I didn't argue at this point as I did check out that their return policy did say that.

I then decided to drive down and return the heater in person. When I hand over the heater to the CS agent named Georgia, she told me that she would call me before end of day and let me know the status. I didn't get any sort of communication that day. I then called the office the next day and Georgia informed me that the Heater was working fine and they would test it for another day, to which I agreed. Next day still no call and I called back to check if any update and I was again told by Gergia that the Heater was fine and they would ship it back that day and I would receive it the next working day considering it was a long Easter Holiday weekend. Fair enough.
The following Tuesday after I still had no communications sent out I had to call them back and I was told that they did not have any packaging for it and they would arrange it and sent it out today.
This story went on till Friday when i was annoyed and luckily got connected to a different agent Daniel who assured me that he will sent the heater out that very day and give me a tracking number. Guess what no communication from Daniel either that day. Monday finally when I lashed out I was given a tracking number and now after 2 weeks of personally handing over the heater I have it back.
To make it worse it still has the burnt smell and seems to be dangerous to keep it running. £450 straight into the drain.

Not all of their heaters are safe and if you get one that is not, you will spend most of your time trying to get their attention.

I had also asked them for an email address where I can complain and I was directed to the same CS agent email address. What a waste of time and money.
