Stay away from PrimeSurveys.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way PrimeSurveys handles surveys and demographic screening. Multiple times I have been screened out immediately after identifying myself as white or selecting male as my gender. When this repeatedly happens right after answering questions about race or gender, it feels discriminatory.

What makes it even worse is when this happens at the END of a long survey. You can spend 15, 20, or more minutes answering detailed questions, get almost all the way through, and then suddenly be told you don’t qualify, with absolutely no reward for the time and information you already provided.

If I don’t qualify because of demographic requirements, determine that at the beginning. Don’t collect a survey’s worth of answers from me and then decide at the end that I suddenly don’t qualify.

I understand that legitimate market research sometimes requires specific demographics, but there needs to be transparency and respect for participants’ time. My experience with PrimeSurveys has been frustrating, has repeatedly felt discriminatory, and has resulted in significant wasted time with nothing in return.

Stay away from this company. There are better survey platforms that actually respect your time.

No perdáis el tiempo usando Prime Surveys ni para encuestas ni para descargar y usar apps. Luego no te otorgan las recompensas prometidas y su atención al cliente tiene todas las excusas posibles con tal de no dar lo que ofrecen. Estafa 100%.

I used via third party they promoted surveys with gift card prizes these were data harvest,when my personal data was abused,spam fake calls etc, they used excuse we don't control things of platform they also didn't credit completed survey and games,I truly don't recommend I have been affected for 6 weeks,zero assistance from them, given they hosted and promoted the fake prize surveys,and still do,am autistic so simplicity etc are my thing

I've had more than enough being duped by primesurveys or games
everytime you contact them since you always gt booted from their surveys till the end which denies the payement
same goes for games offers
same answer we couldn't track the offer the link was broken, the provider didn't reply
so what's the point of wasting users time and not pay them.

I took part in one of their surveys few weeks ago today I see my balance in minus they charged me without any explanation,

even if they send me a survey mistakenly few weeks ago the fault is on them since I did spend my time on the survey. overall they are not to be TRUSTED !!!!

I successfully completed this survey. In fact, at the end of the survey, it said, “Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.” I didn't encounter any problems, but I didn't receive my reward.

Half the surveys will screen you out at the very end so you don't get paid for BS reasons or "technical bugs" that will make the site forget to redirect you and be paid (so you don't get your 1 cent compensation - LOL). Happened 4 times in the span of one hour. Stay away.

u did the full surveys on the last section u screened out while thay are saving ur answers and making there pocket fat.
do not even try to use it

After answering survey 40 minutes long the rewards can't give only cents wasted time scam

Fake surveys they dont pay you at all its a scam
An support is even whorse they are incompetent and lazy

This is one of the best survey website I am using that particular website but in my time bucks account I am not getting surveys from last couple days please check and revert .
