I’m extremely disappointed with the way PrimeSurveys handles surveys and demographic screening. Multiple times I have been screened out immediately after identifying myself as white or selecting male as my gender. When this repeatedly happens right after answering questions about race or gender, it feels discriminatory.

What makes it even worse is when this happens at the END of a long survey. You can spend 15, 20, or more minutes answering detailed questions, get almost all the way through, and then suddenly be told you don’t qualify, with absolutely no reward for the time and information you already provided.

If I don’t qualify because of demographic requirements, determine that at the beginning. Don’t collect a survey’s worth of answers from me and then decide at the end that I suddenly don’t qualify.

I understand that legitimate market research sometimes requires specific demographics, but there needs to be transparency and respect for participants’ time. My experience with PrimeSurveys has been frustrating, has repeatedly felt discriminatory, and has resulted in significant wasted time with nothing in return.

Stay away from this company. There are better survey platforms that actually respect your time.

It is ridiculous attempting claim a payment from an offer through this company. Chatting with an agent seems as though a game created by this company just infuriate and insult anyone who hits the chat button. Ive made no less than 7 attempts to resolve one very simple issue for the past week, providing screenshot and details. Using links that only inform me they have resolved an issue that has not been addressed properly, decently or logically. Waste of time energy and money.

On 7th of july I have awarded 11.400 tokens on completing a survey on vie faucet plate form but the tokens not yet added to my balance with vie faucet in this connection several e mails were exchange between me and prime faucet but no use on the advice of prime surveys I had e mail to viefaucet which is not replied yet at last prime surveys said that they have already given the reward to vie faucet therefore contact with them I have done that also but no reply yet and the tokens are not added to my balance

Honestly this thread of Prime Surveys reviews speaks for itself regardless of another review they clearly don't care. So I've stumbled into the shadows of Prime Survey reflection. I hardly need to add to their terrible reputation but I will for the joy of it. I completed a 90 min Survey for them and the provider list they offered up and boy was that a mistake. Survey Monkey is really looking like a sham company being willing to spill out onto their platform with no gaf's about how it looks on them. Beware any company that wants to contribute to the failure of another is no company to be trusted. Survey Monkey has crud on their little monkey hands too. Don't take Surveys for these people they'll collect your opinions and act like YOU are the one who did something wrong. If doing a 2hr Survey in 90mins while diligently answering all the redundant questions successfully is fail then call me in my Prime 😂 all pun intended. All in all don't trust these people or wrap yourself in their web of lies because you'll regret it if you do. Look at these reviews if you are curious. Also any company willing to join in on the chum and contribute to Prime Surveys in anyway you too are guilty of all that's said here. I've spent too much time already on this sham company so that's all byiiiiiiieeeee!

In the past DAY, they 'rejected' FOUR surveys I did through two sites (microworks and timebucks) with no explanation whatsoever. Worse still, they deducted a HIGHER amount than what I actually made (oh, believe me, I've got receipts). DO NOT even think of performing anything for this company. Ever. Ban it from your whole internet.

Avoid Gemsloot and PrimeEarn if you value your time and money. I completed a 30-day offer for "Goblins Wood" up to Level 20. The game was riddled with bugs (ads failing to load), requiring me to clear the cache repeatedly. I accidentally cleared the app data, immediately contacted Gemsloot support on Day 1 (June 8) explaining the exact situation, and provided my Player ID and screenshots as proof.

Instead of telling me immediately that the tracking was permanently broken, their support agents (Katherine, Tessa, Clarisse) wasted 4 days copy-pasting the exact same AI-generated "wait 48-72 hours" script.

Because of their deliberate stalling, I wasted another 4 days playing and spent real money on in-game purchases to hit the milestones. Only after I threatened legal action did an agent (Kendra) finally admit that clearing app data breaks tracking and refused to manually credit my account. They used the exact root cause I told them about in my first message to deny my payout 4 days later. This is a predatory, incompetent setup designed to maximize your playtime and ad views without paying out. Do not use their offerwalls.

Used this via another platform they promoted data harvest fake prize surveys,I used alternative name been spammed for 6 weeks now,they made excuses,games track but don't pay out make excuses,generic a.i responses,tried honestly to resolves being autistic a should be a etc,won't ever recommend, please avoid,wasting time and energy, isn't as advertised

They host alot of Surveys but over half of them removes you when you answer that last questien and the site loads then in the few seconds that happends they remove you for not being the correct person they needed.... So what happends is you do a free survey for them that they can cash in on and dosent have to pay you at all

SCAM! completed an offer make me wait a week and then they tell me offer didnt track so they cant credit it... i know it didnt track thats why i contacted support.

terrible company, dont like paying out on games, reached a high level on one, was due a pay out of £70, didnt arrive was told to wait 72 hours, queryed as didnt arrive, then got in reply: We’ve checked on your concern, and unfortunately, due to a technical issue, the offer was not tracked. When tracking fails, we don’t receive the necessary completion data, which means we’re unable to confirm your activity or issue credits for this specific offer.

I successfully completed a survey. In fact, at the end of the survey, it said, “Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.” I didn't encounter any problems, but I didn't receive my reward.

Prime surveys fake support no payout endless exuses

Hello i was unlucky to pass the survey prime surveys through faucet crypto platform December,13. This survey was very long and annoying. I finished the survey completely and faucet crypto platform showed me the message that everything is ok your reward will be pending approximately 24 hours. After that my reward just disappeared and i contacted platform faucet crypto they tell me go to the prime surveys. I gave prime surveys screenshots, wasted my time, spoke with 6 different people of this "support"(Jocelyn, Patricia,Rowelle, Seren, Reese, Natalie)and they almost a month telling me there is no time to solve my problem, does endless exuses, so you should be very careful with this "company" because you risking do not get paid.

Ok, non possiamo farci nulla: capiterà, almeno ogni tanto, che un sondaggio ti "butti fuori" non nell'immediato, ma dopo minimo uno o due minuti. Ci sta. Non è che tutti siamo adatti a ogni tipo di sondaggio. Ma altre app hanno la dignità di dare una ricompensa parziale se, per esempio, dopo 5 minuti sei "cacciato" da un sondaggio che doveva durarne 15.
Primesurveys ha invece il "coraggio" di mandarti via dopo venti minuti. VENTI. E non fornire neppure un rimborso. Ah, non era neppure "colpa" mia se il sondaggio si è interrotto. Dopo 20 minuti, il telefono mi comunica che, mentre io compilavo il sondaggio, c'è stato un resettaggio. E io che c'entro?
Inutile dire che il servizio clienti, in pratica, non esiste. Se provi a contattare Primesurveys, ti arrivano inutili messaggi automatici.

i did 2 surveys only earning like $1 each and thats how i was banned in Timebucks. Why qualify someone to do surveys then after taking almost 45mins of my precious time you call me fraud. you are the scammers. People in Timebucks just beware these people will make you loose your account
