Chatière connect très pratique: le couvre feu permet de maintenir les chats à l'intérieur la nuit par exemple et leur permettre de sortir tôt le matin, même si on dort encore. Hyper pratique aussi de pouvoir confiner un animal à l'intérieur (par exemple en prélude d'une visite chez le vétérinaire ou pour raisons de santé) sans que les autres ne soient impactés. Par ailleurs, système facile à nettoyer. Enfin, j'ai dû faire appel a SAV, qui s'est avéré très réactif, avec un suivi personnalisé, des solutions en vidéo, etc. Même si cela n'a pas permis de solutionner le problème, j'apprécie les efforts et j'ai réinvesti dans une nouvelle chatière.

Tania at Sure Petcare put my mind at ease regarding a problem with my Sure Petcare Microchip Feeder. The door of the device was not opening or closing properly, which allowed other household pets to access its contents. After I provided a video demonstrating the issue, Tania responded quickly and assured me that a replacement would be sent out under warranty. Would highly recommend Sure Petcare !

First of all, I absolutely love my SureFeed feeders for my cats! I’ve had them for years and have never had a single issue with them.

I recently reached out to customer support because I wanted to purchase new lids for my feeders. Over the years, the seams on mine had become dirty and difficult to clean, so I figured it was time for replacements. They asked me to send photos and, to my surprise, they’re sending me replacement lids completely free of charge!

I’m beyond happy with both the product and the customer service. It’s so refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and go above and beyond for its customers.

I recently had an intermittent problem with my SureFlap Pet Door Connect, which stopped reliably detecting my cat's microchip.

The Sure Petcare team were fantastic throughout the troubleshooting process. They worked through a number of tests with me, including RFID testing, sensor checks and reviewing videos I provided of the problem occurring.

Although it took some time to get to the bottom of the issue, they continued to investigate and eventually had their technical team review everything and identify the cause.

I really appreciated the patience, communication and willingness of the team to keep working with me rather than simply dismissing the problem.

Dit is echt een van de beste klantenservice die ik ken! Een van mijn poesje slaagt erin het secure flap kattenluik open te maken. De ander stond er verdwaasd bij. Ik heb ook geen idee hoe ze het voor elkaar kreeg. Maar ook al was het leuk al meerdere jaren oud, toen ik contact lukte. Met de klantenservice hebben ze mij geheel kosteloos een speciaal opzetstuk opgestuurd.

I love this company. I do not say that lightly but they have developed a nearly perfect product in the Microchip Pet Feeder and I have always received excellent support when needed. They also honor their warranty (and it’s a great warranty - 3 years!). I will keep buying from Sure Petcare because they stand behind their excellent products.

Heb meerdere sure voedselbakken met chip, die het uitstekend doen,en waar nooit iets mee was. Tot onlangs 1 bak slecht functioneerde en erg veel herrie maakte. Contact met Surepetcare gehad en het was zo geregeld! Een vervangende bak ontvangen, en de Britten en ik zijn er erg blij mee. Zowel met de producten van dit bedrijf als met de klantenservice.

J'utilise des distributeurs pour mes chats depuis des années. Ils sont géniaux.

When our Sure flap couldn´t register any of our three cats we got excellent support by e-mail. The reply came within a day and we got easy-to-follow instructions to try to solve the problem. It was very easy to upload videos of our examinations of the cat flap. When the support had watched our videos they decided to send us a new Sure flap. We are so grateful for the excellent support!

Installed a new microchip activated catflap without any problem but then found that after initially going into 'learn' mode it dropped out of that mode after the cat refused to use the catflap and then would not go bacj into learn mode. Contacted company by phone who provided initial advice. Those solutions did not work so then had a video call where they were able to see the flap failing to operate. Company sent a replacement flap immediately which is now installed and working. Help centre staff were extremely helpful so I'm still a happy customer with a happy cat.

Décevant pour le prix

Je trouve ce distributeur beaucoup trop cher par rapport à ce qu’il offre réellement. Il est vendu comme une solution permettant d’empêcher un autre chat de manger la nourriture qui ne lui est pas destinée, mais dans mon cas, il ne remplit pas correctement cette fonction.

Première déception : le cache arrière, qui est pourtant quasiment indispensable pour empêcher un autre chat d’accéder à la nourriture par l’arrière, est vendu séparément. Vu le prix déjà élevé du distributeur, je trouve cela vraiment dommage.

Même avec le cache arrière, le problème n’est pas complètement réglé. L’ouverture à l’avant est suffisamment large pour que deux chats puissent mettre leur tête en même temps et manger ensemble. Le deuxième chat peut donc facilement profiter de la présence du chat autorisé.

J’ai également l’impression que lorsque le chat auquel le distributeur est associé s’éloigne, le couvercle peut rester ouvert si un autre chat est déjà en train de manger. Cela permet donc à l’autre chat de continuer à accéder à la nourriture alors qu’il n’est pas enregistré sur le distributeur.

Pour un produit vendu justement comme une solution pour empêcher les chats de voler la nourriture des autres, je trouve que c’est un défaut de conception assez important. Le principe de la puce fonctionne, mais dans une maison avec deux chats, le système n’est pas suffisamment sécurisé contre un chat gourmand ou opportuniste.

À ce prix-là, je m’attendais à un système beaucoup plus efficace et réellement conçu pour empêcher deux chats de manger en même temps. Pour moi, le rapport qualité/prix est donc très décevant.

I contacted customer service as the Hub became unresponsive.
The same agent corresponded with me throughout many exchanges. I was asked to try several things, which I completed easily, as the instructions and reasons for the requests were very clear. I sent photos as requested.
The agent was prompt and polite throughout.
Although my Hub was out of warranty.
a replacement was sent to me.
