I had an issue with my computer today

I had an issue with my computer today. it was corrupt I got this customer service rep name Sammy who was very instrumental in resolving 1 of my issues. Then he transferred me to another rep name Sophia also great in assisting me to resolve my issue. They were both phenomenal in assisting me. They were patient, polite & took their time to explain exactly what they were doing. i give them both a 10.

I recently retired and had to do my computer maintenance on my own without the IT department at my beg and call. I was so frustrated with trying to do a simple purchase from the an online store that I had to call for help. The process took time and the tech was patient with me as I'm not great on the computer at all. I can truly say that it was well worth the time and effort to know that my computer is operating as it should without the stress!!!
