Anything I can outsource or automate to save me time is worth the money. In this case, they collect money from Amazon and take a small (tax deductible) cut. Great service.

The only service I fully recommend for any Amazon seller. There is no downside. If Amazon owes you money Refunds Manager will get it for you. If you’re not using it you’re throwing money away.
