We are a family run UK business, established in 2003 with a history of working in the office supplies and educational markets. Specialising in the provision of commercial and educational supplies and equipment. The philosophy behind our business is to strip out all the unnecessary costs of getting the product from the point of manufacture to the customers address while providing industry leading customer service. Our group trading name of Supplying Direct encompasses our three websites: Display Boards Direct, School Furniture Direct and Recycling Bins Direct.

Positive Experience

I enquired about whiteboards and I got a quotation back very quickly. Once the order was placed, the items arrived in a timely matter. Very good service.

1st Class Service form Order to Delivery

When ordering large Magnetic White Boards in the past, we have always had issues with the delivery turning up damaged. This has not been a problem with Office Needs Direct, as most of our orders have arrived undamaged and when there has been an issue they have been very responsive in resolving the issue.

Excellent customer service, would recommend

Personable experience, pleasant staff that actually cared and wanted to help and engage with their customers. Delivery took a couple of days longer than expected, but arrived with no damage or issues. Would order again with no hesitation, especially with the fantastic staff.

Dear Office Needs Direct,
Thank you so much for all your help with our recent order, particularly when we experienced issues placing the order and you called us to sort it out. The tables are brilliant, they arrived ahead of the anticipated delivery date which is fantastic as our students are using them before the end of the summer term. They love the fact that they can write on the tables, we have had revision notes, coding and maths formulas in a variety of colours. Thank you!

Good customer service

We ordered 2 bins from this company and had good communication throughout the process. Unfortunately one of the bins arrived damaged. It was very straightforward to report this (sending an email and photos of the damage). A replacement bin was despatched straightaway.
