We are a family run UK business, established in 2003 with a history of working in the office supplies and educational markets. Specialising in the provision of commercial and educational supplies and equipment. The philosophy behind our business is to strip out all the unnecessary costs of getting the product from the point of manufacture to the customers address while providing industry leading customer service. Our group trading name of Supplying Direct encompasses our three websites: Display Boards Direct, School Furniture Direct and Recycling Bins Direct.

good service even when things go wrong

I ordered some noticeboards and unfortunately they had been damaged in transit by the courier. However, I have to say the response was great and I was kept informed daily with regards to the replacements. Sometimes, the measure of a supplier, is how they respond when something goes wrong! Excellent in this case.

Useful order/delivery updates - no bombardment with emails!
VAT invoice provided without having to ask.

Wonderful Customer Service

Needed a specific item, so sent a question via webchat. Sharon was exceptionally helpful and exhausted all possible options.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the item I needed, but I was very happy and grateful for the customer service I received.

Personal service

The chat line was manned by a real person who answered promptly and acted on his promise of help.
Really impressed with the level of service and the product when it arrived.

Excellent service and product quality

The order was delivered to time and the product was of an excellent quality. I chose an oak wood frame and this was finished really well. This was a bespoke order and the sales department was very responsive.

Custom made magnetic whiteboard

I wanted a custom made magnetic whiteboard, which suited our needs and because we had used them for previous orders for a similar thing, we knew there would not be any problems with what we wanted.
They would be our first choice if we ever wanted a custom order again.
