I ordered a wrong product and within 5-10 of ordering. I mailed them and gave them explanation to exchange it for another one, from there website. But they didn't entertained my request. Very poor behaviour.

Great customer service
They carry great range of products and I’ve purchased from them several times. In my last order I purchased two of the same product but only one arrived. I contacted their customer services and they swiftly rectified the situation which I was impressed with.

Parcel blocked by the customs because…
Parcel blocked by the customs because Supplementhub did not include the invoice. They also do not reply to my several emails asking for the invoice itself over the past week. Unfortunately they do not have a phone number, only email.
And to think I paid extra $50 for Priority Fedex...
In the end I did not receive my supplements, and I lost $230.
I will dispute my payment if still no reply after 3 days.

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! I ordered one product and then they roped me into this subscription nonsense that they automatically take payment from
My card each month. And never gave permission for this. And on their website there is no way to cancel the subscription.
I do not recommend this site.
