The communication during the process…
The communication during the process was very poor. No one clearly informed me about the next steps or how long it would take. Even after multiple follow-ups, I only received replies like “let me confirm,” but never any proper update. The process needs better coordination and timely communication.

We are really pleased with the tutor Avashekta. She is professional and dedicated and has positively impact on my daughter’s learning journey. She always encouraged learning environment, which has helped my child feel more comfortable, confident and motivated especially in math despite if challenges. Lessons are well-structured yet flexible, allowing for plenty of interactive learning and adjustments based on my child's needs. We’ve seen real progress not just in academic performance, but also in my child’s enthusiasm toward learning. That kind of transformation is priceless. I highly recommend Avashekta to any parent looking for a dedicated, professional, and kid-friendly .
