Supersheldon Arvostelua

As a parent, I’m very happy with Supersheldon Online Education Academy. The academy provides structured, high-quality online learning while still giving students personal attention. The teachers are supportive, professional, and truly care about each child’s progress.

I especially appreciate the regular updates and clear communication, which help me stay involved in my child’s academic journey. Since joining Supersheldon, I’ve seen real growth in both confidence and performance. It’s a reliable and supportive choice for online education.

Absolutely unprofessional..After absolute failure from the time I paid the fees in advance until the first class got conducted for my son for 10 mins, we decided its not worth relying on this class. I m waiting for my refund since Oct 2025. After multiple followups, different point of contacts and having a personal talk with the founder, they are unable to process a refund on Australia account. How are these people dealing Internationally when they dont even know how to transfer a refund in international account from India?
Despite number of reminders on email, they dont respond..
I feel the last option is to sue them...

This is my re review after giving young Sheldon a second chance .
I wish I couldn’t have given them even a single star.
Everyone deserves a second chance so I agree with the management and restarted classes .
On the very first class they started showing their actual behaviour.Until last minute no one knows which teacher is conducting the class. At this point I thought lets give third chance but to my horror same thing happen a week after , no one knows who is covering the lecture. This shows they bring any teacher to fill in the blank to keep the show running. Not much bothered about child ‘s need.
Simply, Once disorganised always disorganised . I am not here to correct someone’s mistakes but as a parent it is my responsibility to anticipate others .
Those who are reading this please take it seriously.
They are totally wastage of time. Looking at other comments , I am not sure if they refund me which they promised , after all what will you expect from them.
( they may organise now many 5 star reviews from friends to cover up the damage done by my one star , but only fool can be attracted by fake 5 star reviews . Wise people don’t )
Someone Tried to block my previous comment but they couldn’t as trust pilot reviewed it carefully and reposted.
I suggest young Sheldon that rather than reporting comment as an illegal or violent or gathering 5 star comment please focus on improving teaching and management , hope that should help you in future .

I had recently done english classes from them. The teacher was alright and friendly, but their teaching was not professional at all. Too easy stuff and didn't really help me at all in my year 8 studies, just was there to waste my time. The teachers there make you write 4 or 5 star reviews forcefully, which made me a lot angrier about what they were doing. This won't at all be helpful for any students to learn at a fast pace, with this low level mindset. just please never go to this terrible tutoring

My experience has been great and i have learned a lot of stuff from these 7-8 classes already and i thing before the end of all my 36 classes I think that I will be able to do a lot more than i knew before I joined super Sheldon.

My experience with this company has been deeply troubling from start to finish. I cancelled my child’s classes 3 months back, and I am still waiting for a refund that was promised again and again. They kept shifting dates, giving excuses, and never once provided proof that a refund was actually initiated. Now they’ve reached the point where they don’t answer my calls and ignore my emails entirely.

What makes this even more concerning is that the overwhelmingly positive reviews online feel completely disconnected from the reality I experienced. Based on how they operate, those reviews come across as highly questionable, and I strongly advise people not to rely on them.

Between the chaotic teaching, the endless cancellations, the evasive communication, and the ongoing refund delays, this entire situation has been extremely distressing. I’m sharing this publicly so other parents don’t fall into the same trap.

I am with Super Sheldon for more than 4 months now, experience is super. Support team is very responsive to cancel or re-schedule a request. App provides all necessary details of completed class and number of classes available as per the package. It also shares details of recorded classes. Teachers are talented and very friendly with the kids, overall experience is super.

Very satisfied with the over all experience my kids had. Helped them immensely with their confidence levels. Special shoutout to Lokeshwari Mam for helping us out whenever needed.

My daughter had a wonderful experience with super Sheldon. The tutor's are well qualified and helpful. Would definitely recommend super Sheldon

My daughter is taking session here at super sheldon. The classes are very engaging and worth every penny. Anchal ma'am makes the classes quite interactive for kids. My daughter is improving a lot under her guidance. The ops team is very quick and professional. I highly recommend these sessions to everyone.

Very worst experience. Not professional team to handle the time slot and kids .

They should improve the their management team skills

My daughter has been a student at Super Sheldon, and we’ve had a wonderful experience. The team is always punctual, consistent with follow-ups, and very engaged in their communication. I’ve also seen a clear improvement in my daughter’s confidence and learning. Highly recommended.

They have many good teachers and helping students who lives abroad to study well with interactive sessions.

It really good for distance learning and my son has improved after the super Sheldon classes.

Working with Super Sheldon has been an amazing experience. The platform is very well-managed, and the team is always supportive and professional. They truly care about both teachers and students, making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s a pleasure to teach here — they value quality education and create a positive, encouraging environment for everyone.
