È un’esperienza molto gratificante , nel senso che ho avuto la possibilità di conoscere molte persone interessanti e motivate allo studio . Purtroppo c’è anche chi sfrutta la lezione gratis e non si fa più vedere , senza alcun motivo e senza dire nulla e lo fa con molti insegnanti diversi . Superprof resta comunque un’ottima piattaforma per conoscersi e scambiare idee e attività culturali . I miei allievi sono e sono stati quasi tutti adulti e questo mi ha permesso di instaurare un dialogo proficuo anche ad alto livello . Grazie Superprof.

Une plateforme qui impose près de 40€ d'abonnement mensuel aux élèves avec la promesse de premiers cours gratuit.
Et de l'autre côté des profs à qui on impose ces cours gratuits et qui refusent une fois sur deux.
Tout le monde de retrouve perdant sauf eux qui encaissent.

Jag är mycket nöjd med Superprof. Det är en smidig plattform som har hjälpt mig att komma i kontakt med flera seriösa och motiverade elever. Rekommenderas!

Très content, jusqu'à présent, de cette bonne collaboration avec le personnel travaillant sur le site Superprof mais aussi entre les professeurs et les étudiants qui font appel ou des recherches sur le site, en professionnalisme et confiance mutuelle.

Als leerkracht krijg je de beste manier om jezelf in de markt te zetten en flexibel een prijs te bepalen. De klanten vinden jou makkelijk, waardoor er weinig admin overhead is zoals bij andere platformen.

Super pour trouver des élèves mais grosse grosse concurrence, surtout basée sur les avis. Et j'ai des gros,doutes sur la véracité des profils qui comptent plusieurs dizaines voire centaines d'avis positifs.... certaines annonces semblent douteuses

c'est une plateforme de mise en relation avec des super professeur. L'application porte bien son nom. On peut trouver dans n'importe quel domaine. Pour moi c'est une ressource précieuse. Tous les profs sur lesquels je suis tombée sont de grande qualité. Pour ma part j'ai pu trouver 4 moniteurs auto-école qualifiés et compétents, patients, bienveillants qui m'ont fait progresser. La mise en relation est rapide, simple et efficace. En revanche la raison pour laquelle je mets 4 et pas 5 étoiles c'est parce que je pense que l'abonnement devrait être de 20 euros et pas 40 euros. Le montant de l'abonnement devrait être révisé, je trouve que c'est onéreux.

Gemma the tutor has been excellent, great at communicating and booking the sessions and highly knowledgeable and well prepared. The website is largely ok - parts not particularly intuitive but overall pretty good.

It is my real pleasure to have this chance to talk a little in admiring your activity. What I like most is how professional and secure the system is. The connection between students and tutors is very smooth. I receive student messages instantly by both email and text message, so I never miss an inquiry. The automatic session reminders are also a great help for both sides.

Superprof really works as a true connector. students can easily book sessions through the platform, all information and transactions are secure, and payments are received regularly and on time directly to my account, which is very important for any tutor.

For students, it's a huge advantage that Superprof ranks at the top of Google searches for tutoring, so you get great visibility. It's a nice, friendly, reliable and easy-to-use website, and I love that it offers access to tutors in almost any subject - not just academics, but even dance and music.

My only small cons: sometimes opening the website/app to access the dashboard, the student message area, or to write a review for a student can be a bit laggy and doesn't connect right away. But it's a minor issue.

Overall, despite that small glitch, Superprof is a great, trustworthy and very effective educational platform. I highly recommend it to both tutors and students.

I appreciate all the help you have given me to reach the Ambassador level. However, I have several complaints that I would like to share:

1. No personal customer service via phone option. Very important. Other platforms offer this and makes you less competitive, especially for pros trying out your service.

2. Review process is very convoluted for students and myself. Students are very confused about the process and I'm having trouble leaving reviews for students. Publishing button and comment section keeps disappearing every time I try to use it. Lessons.com just had a review link to send via text/email for reviews. So much easier.

3. Not sure how to target students schedulewise. I generally like to have students in person. Easier to schedule if they know your schedule.

4. Paid $99 for your service upfront, but have not received any outside student referrals. Only people I know personally. I'm going to need to see that soon. Thumbtack and Lessons.com were providing me with 2 - 5 new outside referrals every month. So far, other than 2 personal referrals I provided myself, I've seen no other referrals. That will be a deal breaker long term.

5. $49 you charged to a student of mine to "try out" the platform for a limited time. Other platforms don't do that, and will make you less competitive long term.

6. Not transferring more recommendations into reviews. I worked very hard to get reviews at Lessons.com and now most of them are considered "recommendations". Not sure why I can't have more of these recommendations in my review section. Would get me more students.

I’ve been disappointed with the number of potential student inquries.

I like the fact that as a teacher, I don´t need to pay anything to use the platform. However, I don´t like that as a student, I am required to use a credit card with a monthly subscription. I feel that a PIX option should be offered as a one time payment where the student can decide if he wants to contine the next month. I like that the customer service is immediate. I think they should have representatives that speak English and can respond in clear, English to help native teachers instead of Portuguese.

Es excelente, como profesor recomiendo y sobre todo pagar el plus, ya que te traerá buena cantidad de alumnos y oportunidad de trabajo, es fantástico :)

Es una plataforma que realmente une a alumnos con el deseo real de aprender y ha sido muy efectiva en mi experiencia como profesora. Las reseñas ayudan a para encontrar o conectar con lo que están buscando y a uno mismo para que su trabajo sea más visto.

This app looks good and I believe easy to request, plan program, easy and confidence payment with real just in time reviews. It is my pleasure to work with this team.

Es una buena empresa, tiene herramientas para proteger a los usuarios y a los proveedores, los costo son bajos y tienen buena publicidad para llegar a las personas
