Superprof Arvostelua

The best thing about Superprof is that I can choose the platform to use e.g. Zoom or Teams. Please don’t ever change this, it’s so important.

I have stopped tutoring for other agencies who force me to use their own platforms ad these are always sub-standard and it is disheartening to lose a student because I was forced to use a platform which didn’t work!

I enjoy the freedom of communication, with my clients.
Rescheduling is much easier, with email & text notifications.
It helps me navigate, my client roster.

Meilleur site de tous les temps

Superprof has been my 'go to' for the past decade, a most professional platform where students find me as their ESL teacher. The platform is easy to set up, navigate and has a wide variety of teachers in all fields of education - a fabulous 'one-stop-shop' for finding the right tutor. Very happy with the service, and any technical problems have been responded to within 24-hours turn-around. Keep up the good work Superprof!!

My feedback on Superprof is that it has rendered exceptional service to me. When I encountered a problem the Superprof team scores 101%. I recently had to deal with fake student requests and some fraudulent requests. The Superprof team came into contact with me almost immediately and put a stop to this. I have been educated how to identify and deal with this effectively. I'm not impressed with the assistance that the Bot Mia renders and I trust that it will improve with time. Overall: The best! platform for tutors 💫

It is great that teachers can have a free account. It is also fantastic that less visible teachers (free tier users) are offered to prospective students from time to time. However, last time although I was able to connect to the classroom, I was unable to get the connection with the student (message: host is not signed in).
I don't feel I get enough practice to learn how to use the platform smoothly.

Merci

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! 😊 She is such a sweet and respectful student, and it was a pleasure tutoring her. I really enjoyed working with her!

Excellant in reference to listing and profile upgradation

Superprof is a large part of my yearly income and have earned nearly $40,000 in 5 years.

Company does a great job connecting students to qualified tutors. Students and tutors rate each other to make it easier for other students to make informed decisions. As a tutor Superprof extends the marketing reach of tutors all over the world.

It's fairly good most of the time, but they could be better at responding to tech problems.

Good platform. Dedicated staff. Helpful in finding interested learners to work with.

Consigliatissimo.
