Skye and Matt, the Assistant Manager at the Tamworth store were very helpful this afternoon. They kindly honoured 20% off a skin care product in store which was showing as an online discount only. Great service.

Just met a lovely chap in Lichfield store. He listened to my eyebrow problem and helped me pick a product. He was honestly so kind and knowledgeable and fun. He should be on the shop floor always to give us all tips and help.

Visited the St James street store yesterday which was tidy & clean & fairly busy.
I was greeted by Tony who was very helpful with sorting me out the type of body moisturiser I was looking for & now I'v used it I must commend his choice as its brilliant.
Was served by young girl at till who reminded me to use my superdrug card which made the product even cheaper..great result!
Highly recommend this store in Kemptown , Brighton. Great location that saves me having to go all the way into the town centre.

I have found the best nail technician in Superdrug Poole. I’m an older lady so have had my nails painted for a long time! Hayley is a lovely girl and my nails have never looked so good, she is professional and always takes the time to make sure that I am happy.

Placed an order online with free next day delivery, what a joke .
Four days later I am still waiting with no sign of my package.
Now I am informed by Evri that they have lost it.
Bad enough but many emails to Superdrug and Evri are being ignored, do not use these companies they are useless!

Today I visited Superdrug at Luton Mall to have my eyebrows done, and I was very pleased with the dedication and professionalism of Noreen. She was extremely careful and did a great job shaping my eyebrows, taking extra care as I have sensitive skin. I am very happy with her work and will definitely be coming back.

Sarbjit Kaur was very friendly, helpful and efficient at her job. Would highly recommend her, I dont live in redditch but always come to her to have my threading done.

Placed an online order, Evri just leaves it on the ground by my outside wall, no attempted delivery. I was dropped at 23.45 on the wet ground and as it was there all night until the following morning, the box became soaked. I emailed Superdrug customer service and had to repeat myself, only for someone to respond saying “sorry that I didn’t receive my parcel, then asking me to take a picture of my parcel). Quite frankly I’m not sure out of the two is worse. Never again. Why do companies use these couriers who don’t care about customers purchases. Let’s just say I didn’t even bother continuing responding to that email.

I visited the Chatham Superdrug store last week where I had my eyebrows done by Rehka, she is brilliant at her work and I was very pleased with the end result. I only trust Rekha to thread my eyebrows she is so brilliant and I’m very grateful for her.

No delivery from Evri. Replacement sent out but still no delivery I want my money back but no one gets back to you. I would never order from Superdrug again. Poor service, no communication. Totally disgusting service do not use

Absolutely horrendous company. An advert on their website incentivised you to spend £130 to receive a large box of products worth £200. Once I had placed my order (and my order stated I would receive said box) and collect, there was no box. After a phone call from a team leader in store to head office as well as contacting the chat myself they have told me ‘tough luck, out of stock, subject to availability’

What an absolute scam. To incentivise someone to spend £130!!! Not £20, £30, £40 but triple digits to receive nothing is outrageous. When money is already so tight for everyone and it’s Christmas.

What makes it worse is the advert is still on their website. Urging people to spend money for something that will never arrive.

I have escalated my complaint and will update if/when they choose to rectify this situation but until then I will be having nothing to do with such a sham of a company.

I want to make all Superdrug customers aware while shopping in Superdrug located in Bromborough, The Croft retail park on 10th December 2025. I purchased a Sally Hansen step 1 gel nail varnish and other nail varnishes by Sally Hansen. There was an offer on the Sally Hansen range: "If you spend £15 then the step 2 101 top coat miracle gel shiny/brilliant 14.7ml was free." After being served and paying for my items, I noticed that I had been charged £10 for this supposed free gift. There was a very large queue, and I didn't want to wait to be served all over again, so I hoped a member of staff on the shop floor could help. I spoke to a mature lady who was no help at all. She just told me that I would need to wait in the queue for the manager. I asked if the manager was at the checkout already. She said no. I asked if she could call for the manager for me, as I really couldn't see the point in waiting at least 20 mins in the queue (there was only one member of staff serving and a very large queueof Christmas shoppers.) if only the manager could help, but she refused.
She seemed to be annoyed with me. Luckily, a younger male member of staff overheard the conversation and was more reasonable, professional, and logical. He called the manager for me. The manager came and suggested that I must be somehow at fault. I had already taken a photo of the Sally Hansen offer and showed him my receipt, proving I'd spent over £15 and was entitled to the free gift. He then went marching back to the first aisle where the Sally Hansen stand was, which was on the other side of the shop. I had no other choice but to follow. He then told me that I had taken the wrong free gift. He called another member of staff over. She said only the silver bottles of the step 2 Sally Hansen top coats were free, but that they had none left. I showed her the bottle I had, and she admitted that I did indeed have the correct free gift bottle. Then the manager told me that sometimes the store has problems recognising free gifts when scanning at the tills. I feel that this is unacceptable. I was lucky, I'd realized before leaving the shop that I was overcharged by £10. But I strongly feel that I must make other shoppers aware. Superdrug do not always honour their free gift deals unless they are forced to do so, because their tills don't always recognise that the item is meant to be free. I wonder how many shoppers this year have unwillingly paid for their "free gift." I know that I was charged £10 for mine. And to add insult to injury, I was made to feel somehow in the wrong by the first lady I spoke to and the manager. Even though the manager admitted that he was aware this is a known issue. I urge all Superdrug customers to double check that they are indeed receiving their promised free gift and not being charged for it. This time of year is expensive enough without being charged extra. Superdrug you can and must do better for your customers. If you are promoting products by offering free gifts in store, then you must ensure those gift are actually free. I am not a happy customer. If you the customer have experience being charged for a "free gift " at Superdrug then please write your story here on Trustpilot. Superdrug needs to be made aware of this issue. I also shop in Boots and I have never had this problem there.
