Der Superchat Support ist sehr kompetent und hat für alle Fragen eine Lösung parat! Sollte etwas technisch nicht umgesetzt werden können, dann bieten sie auch die Möglichkeit über das System auch Verbesserungswünsche/ Änderungsanträge einreichen. Es macht wirklich sehr viel Freude mit Superchat zusammenarbeiten. Wirklich ausgezeichnet. Danke auch an unseren persönlichen Referenten, Jonas, für seinen Einsatz uns mit sehr vielen Tipps und Tricks unser Vorhaben bestmöglich realisieren zu können!

Ich bin wirklich mega zufrieden mit dem Service von Superchat. Marcus Novais hat mir bei der Einrichtung und bei allen weiteren Fragen super geholfen und alles sehr verständlich erklärt. Man merkt sofort, dass er sich wirklich Zeit nimmt und Ahnung von dem hat, was er macht. Die Einrichtung hat perfekt funktioniert und ich bin echt mega happy mit dem Ergebnis. Werde das Ganze auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Termin.

Abbiamo adottato questo sistema da un paio di mesi e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva fin dall’inizio. L’assistenza è veloce e l'onboarding è stato chiaro e ben strutturato.
La piattaforma offre tantissime funzionalità, non solo messaggi automatici, ma anche integrazioni con piu piattaforme e la possibilità di creare un chatbot. Sicuramente permette di ottimizzare al meglio la gestione delle richieste dei clienti e abbastanza facile e intuitiva da usare. Si potrebbe migliorare il modo in cui vengono raccolti i dati di contatto provenienti dalle richieste.
Un ulteriore valore aggiunto è il supporto costante del nostro commerciale di riferimento, sempre disponibile e presente per aiutarci rapidamente in caso di necessità o dubbi operativi.

As a developer who frequently integrates external services into custom software, Superchat has proven to be an outstanding choice. I use this platform primarily for sending large volumes of WhatsApp messages through their API, and the experience has been excellent.

The dashboard is also a strong point: clean, intuitive, and perfect for monitoring activity in real time.

Every technical question I raised was handled professionally and efficiently by customer support.
