Superchat ist ein sehr tolles Tool - man kann sehr viel automatisieren, Schnittstellen aufsetzen und das Interface ist top.
Auch wenn es technische Probleme gab war der Support immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit (vor allem Fabio möchte ich an dieser Stelle erwähnen)

Ein Stern Abzug gibt es für die unglaublich unübersichtliche Zahlungsstruktur, Rechnungsdarstellungen und intransparente Vertragslaufzeiten. Hier könnt ihr definitiv optimieren.

We have a great support from Michaelelia but we see some lacks of tools in the Superchat app. Limitations on the data process. We are still at the Initial process to implement but we see some difficulties in the message effectivity with customers responding to WhatsApp. Hope we can maximize and we believe in it.
But as said Michaelelia has a perfect disposition to support all time

Utilizziamo Superchat da qualche mese e possiamo dire che si tratta di una piattaforma che ha davvero semplificato il nostro modo di comunicare con i clienti. Uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è la semplicità di integrazione con più canali: in pochissimo tempo siamo riusciti a collegare i diversi touchpoint di comunicazione senza la necessità di configurazioni complesse o interventi tecnici particolari.

Un altro punto di forza che ha fatto la differenza per noi è la possibilità di gestire più numeri di telefono all'interno di un'unica piattaforma centralizzata. Prima di adottare Superchat, ogni numero veniva gestito in modo separato, con tutto ciò che ne conseguiva in termini di dispersione delle informazioni e difficoltà nel tenere traccia delle conversazioni. Oggi abbiamo finalmente un quadro chiaro e unificato di tutte le comunicazioni.
Particolarmente utile si è rivelata anche la visibilità sui costi: avere tutto centralizzato ci consente di monitorare la spesa in modo molto più preciso rispetto a prima, evitando sorprese in fattura e permettendo una pianificazione più consapevole.
In sintesi, Superchat si è dimostrata una soluzione concreta e funzionale per chi, come noi, ha necessità di gestire volumi di comunicazione su più canali e più numeri in modo ordinato ed efficiente. La consigliamo a tutte le realtà che vogliono mettere ordine nelle proprie comunicazioni senza dover ricorrere a strumenti complicati.

Very rude and unprofessional experience. They allowed me to book a product demo call and then cancelled it without any notification or explanation. Completely wasted my time. If this is how they handle potential customers, it raises concerns about the reliability of their service. I would not recommend them.

Direkt nach dem Einrichten produktiv. Das Tool erklärt sich weitgehend selbst, kein stundenlanger Onboarding-Prozess. Was ich besonders schätze: Man kann es an den eigenen Workflow anpassen, nicht umgekehrt. Ich nutze es täglich im Recruiting-Kontext und habe noch nichts Vergleichbares gefunden, das so schnell sitzt.
