All delivered on time, as described and needed

I ordered several large items, it turned out I made a few mistakes with the Geberit toilet frame, which was entirely my mistake. I contacted Super Bath over the weekend and at 8:30am Monday morning Léo was already looking at it. It was all sorted out quickly, full refund given, no wrong items sent out. This was excellent customer service, Thank you Léo.

Our replacement Dursley Starck toilet seat was competitively priced and arrived from Germany in 5 days. Very pleased.

Superbath stated that the items I ordered were in stock, I ordered them 10 days ago, they now say that the items will be delivered in approximately 3 weeks and they refuse to cover the cost of 2 deliveries

I had an issue as one of the items supplied was damaged. Superbath quickly arranged a replacement without any problem.

I had a great experience at SuperBath. After moving house, I could not find a toilet seat that fit the toilet because it had awkward dimensions. SuperBath was the only website to stock the one I needed. I enquired via email to check they definitely had the item in stock and received a prompt and friendly response. When I ordered the toilet seat, I was able to follow clear tracking updates for the delivery to my front door. The product was also carefully packaged.

I just want to say thanks very much again. I was going mad as I had almost exhausted all options of completing the bathroom! I will definitely use SuperBath in future.

Excellent service and good communications from the staff at SuperBath at every stage of the process. I ordered over £2,500 of bathroom equipment. Some of the items had a long lead time, but the whole delivery came very securely packed and on a pallet.

This is a German company, but many of the items they sell are manufactured in Germany so I don't see this as an issue. Their prices are very competitive.

There are several negative reviews on Trustpilot, but that was not my experience. I would very happily use them again and highly recommend them.

The UK website is misleading because products are shipped from Germany and given a choice I would always order from a company that is really UK based and ship stock from a UK shop or warehouse.

Awful service. I ordered a toilet frame and it never arrived. Supposedly tried a few times to deliver the item but failed. They blamed the delivery company and when i asked for a refund they said they have to wait for the item back. God knows, they might have lost it for all i care. Its been over 2 weeks now and i still have not received the refund. I would say this is a scam

Read some pretty negative reviews but decided to give the a go. Ordered £700+ plus of Geberit bathroom stuff and can't fault the service I received. Communication at all stages was first class although the first email was in German which I managed to translate. Following were all in English and covered all stages from despatch in Germany through to delivery in north yorkshire. One item had been damaged in transit and without any drama it was replaced and received within the week. All round first class.
