We purchased a pillow for my wife but she passed away before she could use it. I contacted the company and not only did they let me return the item, they paid for shipping back to them.

Purchased Chiropractic Neck Pillow with extra support. Product is high quality and as advertised. Order process was very easy and shipment was very quick. I received the shipment two days after shipment and it traveled from the Pacific Northwest to Indiana. This was a good purchase experience. The product performs as advertised and is a benefit to my neck which is very painful due to post surgical healing after a multi-level fusion. I look forward to continued use and comfort from this product.

Over the years, I've purchased several neck warmers from different companies. The fleece covering on the one from BioMed DB Design is soft and luxurious. The lavender scent is strong, which I like, but would recommend the unscented one for anyone who does not absolutely love the scent of lavender.

I bought this for my sister-in-law and a close friend. They both suffer from headaches and I thought these would be perfect. They love them.

You can't find products like this, and these are of a bigger size than what you usually find. Very well made. Love them! I bought one, then immediately bought another.

I ordered the pillow to soothe sore neck and shoulder muscles due to stress and working at a computer. The pillow was too heavy. It did not conform around my neck. I heated it in the microwave and after using it, found my skin was burned like a bad sunburn. I haven't used it since and would not recommend it.
Since posting my review, I have been contacted by BioMed DB Design who offered me my money back if I was unhappy with their product. They sent me a USPS mailing label so I could return the product at their expense. They have contacted me that my product was received and that I have been issued a full refund.

I recommend them.

This lower back wrap has gone over my expectations with its waists strap (or shoulder) making it very manageable. It gets the heat right where u want it.
Also works for thighs that burn from over exercise etc. As its long enough fort that.
This is one product I cannot live without.
One more use. To heat up bed at night. And feet !!!! Be case of its large size worksverywell.
