I ordered a custom hoodie on the 1st of March. It has now been 4 whole months and it still has not arrived. I have emailed this company numerous times aswell as contacting them on socials. No reply, no updates. Incredibly unprofessional. Definitely scammers astagfirullah. How do you expect ur business to flourish when all ur customers are not receiving updates, compensation. Disgusting company. Incredibly disappointed. I have all the receipts and evidence aswell. Do not buy from this “company”.

7 months ago I ordered a Palestine country map necklace it has still not arrived till today. I am very sick of the company not answering any of the messages or emails me and my brother have sent them. This is a bad company to purchase from I do not suggest people order from this company!

Still not received my necklace after months of waiting. No update emails received from seller

I ordered a personalised piece on 1st of March and said it will take around 28 days.over 30 now and I have contacted them on multiple platforms and and emails and I get no reply at all. I am still waiting on my order to come but doubt it will come anytime soon

Ordered an embroidered Palestine hoodie, expected delivery within 2-3 working days with notifications about despatch. No update emails as stated. It arrived a whole week later. Also, to my disappointment, they'd sent the wrong size, I ordered XS and was sent XL!!! Not happy!

Contacted the seller, no response! Even recall sending a message to their IG account, nothing! Followed up by email again, still nothing... Finally after sending an email to an alternative email address for returns, I got a reply claiming there was a "mix up" but they failed to provide a proper apology or solution, just excuses. Nothing by way of compensation or gesture of goodwill for the error on their part or offer to rectify! The worst customer service ever.

They did, however, agree to raise a return label (at my request since it was their mistake) but as I'd already despatched myself I did expect a refund for return postage costs! Still waiting, as no correspondence since!

Appalling all around. Not only do they fail to check their orders before despatch, they're unable to read and respond to emails in a timely fashion. If and when they do, there's just no care for retaining customers or any follow through. I have absolutely no faith in this seller. I had to raise a PayPal dispute due to the inconsistent nature of the interaction and their awkwardness.

Do not recommend.

Misleading delivery timescale, states 2-3 days on the website but more like 1-2 months. Poor communication when emailing for order/tracking updates

I have ordered from Sunna designs many times. I went for a gold Arabic name necklace, and got so many compliments on it so I purchased more products. This is now my go to shop for gifts, they go out of their way for their customers and the jewellery is very good quality. Highly recommend.

Really quality material! It’s been a month or so since I’ve worn the necklace and it’s really resistant to water, perspiration, any other chemicals (sunscreen) that may come in contact. It’s also beautifully crafted.

Placed an order on the 20th of April and still haven't received it. I tried contacting SD on multiple platforms (website, email, Shop app) and they did not get back to me at all. If they do not reply soon I will file a charge-back with my bank.

EDIT: I managed to get a hold of someone in the end, and they helped me receive my order. The actual piece of jewelry is nice, so if you're willing to wait a while, go for it.

I ordered around the beginning of April and I still haven’t received my package. It’s a shame really. I just want my package so they should try and provide the necessary information along the way of it being delivered. I don’t even know if it’ll be delivered and according to a lot of recent reviews, most of us are in the same boat. I would like my order or a refund please.

I received my package. It just took a while to come which I was prepared to wait for it would just be nice if there was a little bit more communication. The products themselves actually came and they’re good quality! They came nicely packaged and it was a good thing they came. I’m thankful and I think I would shop on the website again if the customer service was more active because I’m really tempted to shop again now.

i would rate in negatives if i could, is actually so embarrassing for them, they are called SUNNAdesigns and idk what their perception of sunna is but scamming should definitely not be it, i ordered a necklace almost two months ago now and still nothing, i messaged them on insta and they viewed it but didn’t reply lmao, five emails, ignored. they don’t reply nor they care about their customers, don’t shop from them; is because of people like them that no one wants to shop from small businesses.

Its been a month since I ordered my custom necklace and still have not received it. I have also contacted SD on multiple different platforms to let me know where my order is but I have not got any response from them on mail, instagram and the shop app. I am very disappointed with the company and was really looking forward to receiving my necklace. I hope you can still give me an update on where it is as I'm still waiting and I will be leaving the country next week so would really appreciate it if I could get it before then as I have ordered it a very long time ago.
