Their website says this: "At HPFY we try our best to ship your orders within 24-48 hrs. of receiving it. However, there are circumstances where we are unable to do so. In such cases, you will be given an estimated shipping date."

I placed my order almost three weeks ago, and HPFY charged my card $153. I sent them an email previously asking when my item will ship, and I never heard back from them. I sent them another email today. The website looks legit, but I'm not convinced it is.

Was able to find what I was looking for and have used Health Products for You in the past.

They have good product displays. It was a little difficult to get my email and password to go through.

Easy to order. Not sure yet if product will arrive on time or if it will arrive at all. My first time using this sight, hopefully will be successful. Packaged delivered!thanks

HPFY’s customer service is beyond terrible. I got an email from them about a problem with my order. They asked for prescription information, which I promptly sent to them. About a week later I got a voice mail from them asking for the same information. To make a long story short, I’ve emailed them exactly six times and never gotten a response. I’ve also called their customer service line six times, and nobody has ever picked up the phone. The absolute worst!

The email I received explicitly said: YOU'VE EARNED THIS Your Reward$ + 20% off = the ultimate combo

But, in reality it was I could use one or the other, not both!? False advertising makes you a liar and a cheat!

Also, the “Reorder” tab for allowing you to “One-Cick” order won’t let you edit your prior ordered items. This is a very annoying hassle because some of the items that don’t interest me because they are usually backordered forever, don’t use anymore or ordered in error (that I definitely don’t want to see again) just sit there forever…
I have called and talked to tech staff but “Sales” seems to be the only priority!
Get it together or try to limit your selections and keep some stock on hand instead of using antiquated “Drop-Ship” approach. Or just get AI and robotics to straighten it out.

Nice quick and easy

You lied to customers that you were offering FREE SHIPPING in large print then in small print limited the discount to only a portion of the shipping cost.Bait and switch - sad for a health care company.

They do not even deserve one star. I placed an order 2 months ago that has never been shipped. I asked for a refund over a month ago and they said they would do it and never refunded. I had to file a dispute with my credit card and they aren't responding to CitiBank either so I have to wait the full 60 days for the dispute process to get my money back on top of the 60 days I've already waited.
