Had a broken pair of RayBans repaired in the Dawson Street store. Glen made the whole thing seamless and had a perfect pair back in no time. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. I left my sunglasses in to have the badly scratched lenses replaced. Glen kindly and patiently helped me pick the best custom lens colour and on collection helped me adjust the arms which were loose.

I had a pair of Raybans that needed to be repaired I sent a picture on WhatsApp of the damage and straight away got a price . Glen was very helpful I dropped them to the shop and within two days my glasses were fixed and like brand new . Very quick and efficient service. Delighted how my glasses turned out.

Bought a pair of sunglases on holidays in Asia and brought them to Robbie for fitting prescriptions lenses. It all worked out perfect

One of the worst experiences buying anything I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses on the 22nd of May and was told I would receive an update in 2 weeks. Two weeks go by and I receive a call from Robbie saying that they were ‘having problems fitting the lenses into the frames’ and they would be sent to their lab in England to fit the lenses. No word for 4 weeks so I ring them for the first time 3rd of July, so 6 weeks after my original order. Fifteen or so times I’ve rang them and each time it’s been a different reason as to why my order isn’t ready. Each time they say they will call back but each time they don’t. Each time they come back with another excuse. I’ve never had a feeling of being taken for such an idiot in my life. I ordered these sunglasses 2 months in advance of my holiday not even realising it was a possibility that they wouldn’t be ready by the time I’ve left. So now I go on holiday with no sunglasses. But at least I suppose I’ll have lovely prescription sunglasses to wear in December(if they come by then). Would not recommend and would stay away from this company ordering online with 200 metre pole. Can’t comment on their in store experience.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

- Left my sunglasses in for repair and was quoted a 2-week turnaround. I paid for the repair in full online immediately.
- After two weeks, I received no update and had to chase the company myself. Responses were slow, often taking days.
- I was sent a photo of someone else's glasses and told they were mine.
- After correcting them, I was told my sunglasses would be ready the following day. I travelled to the store, waited over 20 minutes, only to be told they couldn't find my glasses and couldn't contact the manager.
- After more chasing, the manager finally admitted that my sunglasses had been lost. By this point, they had been in the company's possession for 6 weeks.
- When they were eventually found, I discovered they hadn't even been repaired, and the replacement parts I had paid for had never been ordered.
- The repair was completed within a week once the parts were finally ordered, proving the previous delays were entirely due to poor organisation.
- I was promised a discount/partial refund as an apology but, unsurprisingly, never heard another word.
- I was also told the replacement parts would be gold, but silver parts were fitted instead.

This experience was defined by poor communication, disorganisation, broken promises and a complete lack of accountability. Having to repeatedly chase updates, being told my glasses were ready when they weren't, discovering they had been lost, and then finding out no repair had even been started after six weeks is simply unacceptable.

I will never use this company again and have already advised my family and friends to use alternative sunglasses stores and repair services.

While there he gave me great advice on what size and style of sunglasses suited my face, checked my budget and guided me appropriately. Very very satisfied customer.

I needed a pair of sunglasses repaired in a hurry for my daughters holiday. I was a walk in and Glen was great. He fixed the glasses there and then and they are like new again. I would highly recommend!!!

Bought a pair of sunglasses online recently webpage stated glasses would be dispatched in 7-10 days, long story short they took just under a month with a variety of excuses been given, finally recieved a dispatch email except my item didn't arrive, the courier company was then blamed whom I rang myself to be told they never recieved the package. I eventually opened a charge back dispute some days later with my bank and sunglasses miraculously arrived the next day. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be recommending this place to people. In a day and age where there is so much online competition and you try and give an Irish company a chance and you get this. Seemed very amateur to my disappointment.

Unfortunately buying Prada glasses is not to be recommended through this store. Ordered almost 3 weeks ago, followed up 5 times only to find out today that they have an issue with Prada and can not sell in store so will be another week at least. Lady was very nice but they could have told me this over the last few weeks as I was lead to believe there was no issue. I have asked for a refund so we will se show that goes
