What I liked is that the products all arrived in good condition externally. Care was taken in selecting mangoes that weren’t bruised outside etc. However, a lot of our Alphonso mangoes in the current order were hard and pale yellow with some inedible, hard netting like feature in the middle. Whatever bits of the flesh we could eat was extremely sour and hard. We had to throw all those mangoes. It wasn’t the lovely deep orange, sweet and smooth flesh we are used to in Alphonso. Contacted customer service and was told that since mangoes are natural products, they can’t control it and that they don’t issue refunds for ‘natural issues’. Doesn’t make any sense to me as we didn’t get these natural products for free….

Went above and beyond to support last minute changes to my order - reassuring to have this level of customer support for an anticipated delivery!

I’m leaving a review because of the Sujash store level of professionalism. After ordering three lotus flowers, I was informed there would be a delay because the ones they received were not of good quality. As they were substandard, new ones would be ordered and delivered. This is understandable. They are flowers. This actually happened twice. But when they did arrived with a two day delay which was completely reasonable, they were in great condition. Beautiful flowers, professional prompt timely communication - no flaws. Great service !!!

Mahesh at Sujash called me as I needed my order to be delivered by the weekend and the first available slot was next Tuesday. I placed my order a few minutes ago and was assured by Mahesh that it would be despatched today and arrive between 8 and 9am tomorrow. What an excellent service, I am very grateful and don’t know any other company that would have expedited this matter so quickly and efficiently. A million thank yous!

Ordered some red rice, red onions and mustard oil from Sujash. Ordering was simple and I got notifications of my order and chose a time slot for delivery which arrived within 2 days. The items were very well packed. The rice is authentic Keralan rice and the onions were good quality. Very happy with my order which qualified for a free delivery as it was over 35£. Will purchase again in future!

Placed my first order with sujash this week. It arrived really quickly and in great condition. The fresh herbs were wonderful and fresh. I was also impressed that the beetroot ordered was delayed because they were not happy with the quality on the day I ordered. A lovely fresh bag arrived a day later. Not a complaint but I would say that it's annoying the website states that some bunches of herbs are approx 200g. In reality they are around 100g some a little less. This meant I did not purchase enough for my needs. However the price is still good for 100g bunches so I will happily buy again but next time I will know how many I need to purchase.

The Items looks so fresh (Banana Leaf, Jasmin flower and other items). Personally i called to the customer asked for the stocks and they have good response back immeditely. They service is so good and faster compare to online Lakshmi stores. I'm very much happy to order again for any traditional parties.

petty thief! - items missing, when contacted about it - simply chose to ignore. Emailed 3-4 times no response. Would normally just asked credit card company to claim back but chose not to instead never buy from here. Dishonest business

We ordered marigold flowers about a 5 kgs for Durga puja, they delivered on time and the flowers were too fresh.
