Recently had training tops printed with my logo, gyms logo and sponsers logo. All came out brilliant and can't fault them one bit.
Always buy my boxing equipment (gloves, pads) through these guys and never had a problem.

Never sent my product and gave excuses for not having the boxing gloves. They promised to send them on a specific date after contact and never did. To be honest, I felt this store was shady the first time I landed on it. Poor communication and service.

I’ve ordered 2 big items with sugar rays within a month now and I can’t fault them too much, I rang up before hand to double check stock supply because I noticed some reviews mentioned the stock information online was often incorrect. That’s partly true from what I found, as when I called said they have the items being delivered despite them saying they are in stock. I asked when they expect it and ordered my items after then and over the 2 orders they had fast delivery relative to the items size so overall I’m impressed. However definitely worth ringing up to check stock actually with them not just on order to them.

Absolutely horrendous website to order from! Sent me the wrong size of clothing I contacted them and they said that the size I wanted wouldn’t be in stock for another 10 days. So they knew it was out of stock but still sent me the wrong items. Why waste people’s time and broadcast over their site that they have items they clearly do not.
Actually unbelievable people who work there! Nothing but useless. Do not use.

I ordered some gloves but couldn’t find out the arrival date on the confirmation email, messaged them through Instagram and they kept me up to date with everything and the member of staff couldn’t do enough to help, definitely will shop here again, great customer service.

Super happy with the service and help from Brett and his team. Really nice website with amazing products for beginners to the pro’s. I live in Holland and we don’t have the same quality available. I highly recommend Sugar Ray’s website it’s top class and easy to find the products that you like. Also via the telephone if you want to ask or change your order they are amazing.

Ordered from Sugar Ray's on a Wednesday afternoon and received my order less than 24 hours later. Everything was perfect. And the use of DPD is great as you get 1 hour time slots. Ian at Sugar Rays was super helpful too and advised us what equipment was required. Thanks and look forward to ordering again!

I was unsure on a freestanding boxing bag, most of them slide across the floor when you hit them or they topple over.
I called to ask about the Adidas XL freestanding bag and got a genuine honest review and advice.
I’ve used sugar rays in the past for gloves and other boxing gear and couldn’t recommend them enough.
The bag is brilliant and I’m getting 10-12 rounds on it 5 days a week and weigh 85kg so I’m not hitting it lightly and it doesn’t slide at all.
The bag arrived the next day after ordering.

If you are recreational professional fighter Sugar rays is a one stop shop all your needs. Just be careful as the place is an Aladdin‘s Cave be certain to buy more than what you thought you were going to. Utterly amazing

Was deciding what headgear to purchase and wasn’t sure which one to choose. Called up and they spent the time talking though some of the options, ended up with one that is exceptional. Turned up the next day. Also has gloves, ropes, wraps and boots all ordered from here and really happy with everything received
