SAV inexistant. Il vous balade sans jamais prendre en charge le problème. Une première fois, on vous dit de prendre une vidéo du problème. La deuxième fois on vous dit qu'il n'y a pas besoin de la vidéo. Puis on vous redemande une vidéo complète. Le dossier n'est pas pris en charge par la même personne. Et sans jamais prendre soin de lire les messages précédents du dossier. Aucune solution n'a été apporté depuis ma prise de contact.

I purchased something on 11/12. Before placing the order, I asked whether they could guarantee that I would receive it before Christmas, and they confirmed that they could. I even paid for the most expensive shipping option available to make sure it would arrive on time. However, it seems that they shipped it via regular mail. Since 12/12 there has been no update on the tracking number, and no one from the company has responded to the messages I have sent through their website. I don’t know if or when my package will arrive, but I will definitely think very carefully before ordering from them again.

Soucis avec le pédalier GS950X il ne fonctionné plus. Joint part mail le jeudi il mon répondu très vite et me l'ont renvoyé que j'ai reçu le lundi. Franchement agréablement surpris de leurs rapidité

Honestly they look pretty cool and my son loves it. The only problem was building them, the pieces doesn't match easily, hard to build... even more when you do it alone.

I bought a set with a headset a mouse and a keyboard, the mouse stopped working after two weeks , the keyboard stopped at the same time and the headset had a microphone that did not work ; do not buy their products.

Casque subsonic vektra 01 vraiment cool ,léger, agréable, tien longtemps, charge rapide, bonne qualité, led intégré, seul défaut, la batterie d'affichage un peut indécise parfois, mais apart sa rien à redire !
