Purchased the EComm Retention Generator, with promises that the additional $1200 would save so much time over their $97 flow templates. I was sorely disappointed by the quality of the email templates (included broken functions, incorrect tags, missing logic, etc). I spent so much time with Klaviyo support, who graciously helped correct some of the errors. So basically, I paid over $1200 for someone to build the flows that take would have taken about 90 minutes of my time after purchasing their $97 flow templates (many of which are already included in the Klaviyo basic templates).

When I emailed for help with the broken email templates, they suggested I join their online forum, which includes a one-week trial, then $97 per month afterward. The forum was dead - nobody responded to my questions and the admin did not attend their advertised weekly call, which they did not even bother to cancel. I communicated my concerns to both owners (who had responded to the same email addresses prior to purchase), but no response after purchase. If I operated my business like this, I would deserve to go bankrupt.

I predict that this company will fold in a year or two when their reputation catches up to them, and they will move onto a different scam following a similar business model.

Ho preso Klaviyo Revenue OS e mi sono trovato molto bene, la strategia dei flow è molto ben studiata e la percentuale della revenue che viene dall'email marketing è già aumentata di molto
