Terrible delivery time
Delivery time for a brand being uk base and am from the uk was shocking for some reason it was coming from china and also the time for the actual product to arrive at Royal Mail was shocking I was on expecting order for 3 weeks which is ridiculous I won’t be ordering from this brand and if you have years to spare waiting for your product then shop suavo world

Ordered jeans for my son unfortunately they were too big, so tried contacting company for an exchange for a size smaller. There’s no other ways of contacting them except email and all my sent emails got undelivered. Now I have 120 pounds jeans my son can’t wear or exchange. No communication at all from the company. Be aware.

I love there clothes legit company. Needs work on professional side
I love there clothes legit company. But because they are small brand they have issues with quality at times. Zip broke instantly on two jacket I bought had to send back. Also, can be really slow getting back to you. Recently order over 200 pounds worth of stuff. Never received due to courier but emailed them numerous times but still heard nothing back and it’s been almost 2 months since my order.
However I will order again just need to improve on customer service and logistics

Total scam
Total scam. clothes advertised as linen or linen blend are 100% shoddy nylon. Like another reviewer I tried several times to get them to provide a return address. It’s in China not London. Finally got it and paid £19 for post office to mail. That was in July. It’s still not there.
Given the return window is 30 days that was a big mistake.

Suava London-They kept refusing to give me a return address, the said if I sent it to the return address on the original packaging the product would get destroyed. Tried to fob my off wife 15% of the purchase price. Eventually gave me a return address in China.. Scammers, do not buy anything from them.
