Striacroft Jewellers Arvostelua

Very good service, and a quick delivery!! And there were no delivery charg
es!!

i think the experience was great i just didn’t know it would take so long to get to me, i also had no idea how long it would take before ordering it so i think that may be an issue. it seems like there are multiple platforms to check for stuff that makes it confusing. i also didn’t know i was supposed to pay customs until i manually went into the links to check why nothing is happening with my parcel only to find i need to pay customs which i would’ve preferring getting an email or being shown on the shop app or an sms indicating with a link provided

Lovely earings. But at £45 the packaging is so poor
Looks like a very cheap product
Its a shame as was for a gift. The package lets the whole product down

Great communication, quick delivery, definitely recommend and will definitely order from them again.

The company cannot improve itself because the goods are so very valuable.

Really good experience with Striacroft Jewellers. Web site was comprehensive and helpful. Customer service was beyond amazing. I had 2 issues to be sorted, they couldn't have been more helpful even though both issues were errors on my part. Thanks Oliver and team Striacroft!

Delivered in good time. Product exactly as picture. Included a gift bag.

Great piece bought as a gift for my wife to match an old pair of earrings. Fast delivery at a great price too.

Once I had chosen the watch I wanted, ordering and paying for it was a very straightforward process and the watch arrived with very little delay. The only small hitch in the process was on the part of Royal Mail. Despite being a signed for delivery, they delivered it to the wrong house!

Completely satisfied with my shopping experience and product is perfect, thank u so much

Never had any information why they cancelled my order and had to chase for my money back.

Super Kommunikation, top support. Sehr freundlich.

Item arrived within the time the company said and the package and box with a gift bag were really lovely. The bracelet was as expected and good size that will allow our granddaughter adjusted it as she gets a bit older. Will definitely use this organisation when looking for a similar gift.

I bought myself a new Citizen watch which I'm thrilled with. I rang the shop several times about information on the watch and they were really helpful......not something you get now. I've had a great experience with them and recommend them 100%.

Purchased the Silver Mother of Pearl Clover Huggy Earrings - good communication, arrived quickly, exactly as shown on the website - beautiful!

I ordered this bracelet for my sister in laws birthday. Its her birthstone and I know she will be delighted

Fast delivery with email updates the whole journey. Beautiful jewellery. Gift packaging included. Follow up courtesy email.
