Company made sure they got the correct transmission cuz I had gone to previously other individuals and they miss it by a mile this company made every effort to find the correct transmission being that my vehicle was between a first and second generation edition great work.

I would recommend this company 100%. I ordered a transmission for my 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 and it arrived sooner then expected (3 days). I had a shop install it that was close to my house.The shop was on there recommend list of shops too use. They installed it in a day an a half and reprogrammed the ECU for that transmission. The transmission arrived as scheduled and in pristine condition. All dealings with the office were clear, helpful, honest and cordial. After nearly a year and some off-road 4x4 travel all remains in very good condition. My experience and the 5 year warranty and price all lead to a strong recommendation.

I called and told them about my problem,that I had my transmission rebuild by another shop here in tn,and had a hard/shift around 3 and 4 gear and after taking my truck back to the transmission shop the guy said he should've change my valve body and tcm and was going to charge me because my warranty was up,so I did my research and came across these guys, and decided to do it myself, I think it's been around 4 months and that fix my problem, gears are smooth....

This company stands behind it's warranties. Recently, I bought a 6L80 from them for a 2016 GMC. The local shop installed it. Well, it had a problem in the valve body right from the start. Street Smart sent another transmission and fully reimbursed the additional cost of replacing it. Fortunately, the second unit is functioning well. They also don't front charge you the core costs. As long as you schedule pickup within 30 days, you incur no core fees.
