Fast and easy delivery and pick up of the core. I originally ordered a TCM since that was the code the obd was throwing. It turns out even after we installed it it was the tranny. They allowed us to return the TCM and gave us a full refund. They sent us a transmission and it is running great now. Great communication.

How r u going to sell something that u don't have but advise that u do
Now its been weeks and still haven't received the transmission yall have Alford to take the shipment cost off which helps but doesn't fix the problem still waiting for it with no vehicle in the meantime

They walked him through some things and the transmission works perfectly. The sales department was great, but the service department was even better
