I had a consultation with Dr Forbat, at Stratum Cheltenham followed by a treatment plan. I am full of praise for the service and most grateful to Dr Forbat for her thorough assessment and kind expert advice. An exemplary professional, and a genuine person.

Wimbledon clinic

I booked with an urgent referral for a skin cancer check, and was now cancelled 2 appointments in a row at short notice ( when already traveling to the appointment). Cancellation reasons were : doctor had a family emergency on Saturday sand today it was “internet issues”. For a medical organisation to have not back up on be able to operate due to “internet issues” is not acceptable. For you to keep cancelling hugely sensitive appointments is not acceptable. For your teams to not be able to manage a cancalations list to expedite an appointment is mto acceptable.

The solution I was given - to keep phoning Bookings number to try to get an earlier appointment myself.

I chose this clinic for its size and doctor availability for an urgent matter and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare, extending my distress for weeks now. Avoid if you can, and book with smaller clinics/individual doctors

Stratum Oxford isn't in Oxford at all! It's in the middle of nowhere in an anonymous business park, with no signage. I had to call them to find out where they were, and got routed through a computerised system - all adding to the stress of the surgery I was about to undergo.

The clinic itself is clean but basic and functional, with no sense of the cossetedness you look for when paying for private health care.

I feel that the surgeon probably uses this facility because it's cheap. My surgery wasn't, however. At over £5000 for maybe 1.5 hours' work and a horrible disfiguring scar, I am less than impressed. The surgery itself- on my lip - was quite brutal and deserved an element of sedation, which was not offered.

All in all this was a very unpleasant experience and I would strongly recommend finding somewhere more geared towards patient comfort. NOT recommended.

Don’t be put off by the ground floor entrance. The clinic is tastefully decorated & furnished & has a good feel to it. I was recently referred to this clinic via Bupa. I was seen within 48 hours. I found my consultant, Dr Keegan, understanding, knowledgeable & sympathetic. I was booked in for a minor procedure less than a week later. Everything was explained to me. On the day I was attended to by my consultant & a nurse. I found them both to be professional, polite & strive to make procedure as comfortable as possible. I was given complete instructions on wound care & booked to come back in 10 days to have the stitches removed. 48 hours after leaving I received an email asking how I was & if i was happy with how the wound was healing so far. My stitches were removed by the same attending nurse, Amelia. She was lovely. My biopsy results took 3 weeks. The consultant telephoned with the results (benign). I was very pleased with how everything was dealt with,

I'm sure they would be great if I could get an appointment - I had my Saturday appointment cancelled twice at short notice, and the only alternative they could offer was a month away. Which isn't great if you are concerned about melanoma. Will be finding an alternative clinic who keep their appointments....

Dr Nisha was wonderful, very thorough, kind and supportive. I highly recommend her and the clinic.

Took my wife today for a twenty minute consultancy appointment for skin tag assessment. The consultation lasted 4 minutes for which I paid a known standard fee of £315. To be told she needed to book another short appointment to have one removed for an additional £575! Followed by a further £275 to be analysed! This is something which could have been carried out in a few minutes during the initial consultation.
This is not payment for a procedure it is extortion! Needless to say we will not proceed - fortunately there are more cost effective solutions nearby rather than £1165! A while ago it was possible for a GP to freeze or surgically remove a tag in seconds! I had used Stratum prior to this but not again!

The most robotic call handling system you've ever heard. Its simply horrible. The website is also broken in places. For a company who charge these types of fees, you'd expect better.

I have had microneedling and laser hair removal done and can honestly say I would never go anywhere else now. Beth is absolutely amazing, professional, friendly and supportive! The results I’ve had from these treatments have far exceeded expectations and results from having done elsewhere in the past. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Stratum Cheltenham are super friendly and lovely! It’s an extremely well managed clinic in my opinion!

Dr Eke and her assistant Ali were both very pleasant and friendly, and put me at ease straight away during my mole removal.

Everything went smoothly, the biopsy report came back quickly, and Ali gave me a follow-up call about a week later to check everything was okay — a really nice touch.

Also, as someone who absolutely hates needles (in case anyone else reading this is the same), Dr Eke administered probably the best injections I’ve ever had for the anaesthetic - barely knew I’d had them done!

10/10 for all services provided, and thanks Dr Eke and Ali! 🙏

Helpful, efficient and kind. Easy and straightforward to make a booking and not too far to walk from Canterbury Bus station. I went for a mole check, all done very efficiently and politely.

Everything went very well for me.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. My procedure was successful and I was very happy with Mr Perkins surgery.
I can also say I enjoyed passing time with fellow patients.

Very poor aftercare guidance and post op care which meant no support and contact possible during an issue that arose, combined with poor stitching resulted in very a messy scar.

Attempted calling multiple times. Finally spoke to someone with a medical background which was again no help, and then there was no follow up.

Would not recommend.

I had been diagnosed with a BCC on my nose. The NHS system meant that I would be waiting well in excess of 12 months to have it removed by MOH's surgery. We identified Dr William Perkins at Oxford as a specialist in this field and arranged a private consultation in November 2025. He advised that he could complete the sugery before Xmas at Stratum Clinic , Oxford . Following this , I booked for surgery to be completed by Dr Perkins at Stratum Clinics. The venue was very clean and well equipped. The facilities are excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful at all times and assisted Dr Perkins in giving me excellent care during my procedure.
