Perfect fit, fast delivery, highly recommend

Ordered replacement glass and rope for my wood burner and it arrived on time, very well packaged, and was a perfect fit. Everything was exactly as described and great quality. The whole process was easy from start to finish and I’m really pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing stove parts. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a few issues ordering online, but once I spoke to them direct, I received the glass next day.
Packed to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a made to measure piece of…

I ordered a made to measure piece of glass for my woodburner stove and it was cut too big. I messaged back and tried to send photos, which is pretty difficult lining up my existing broken with a new piece

Anyhow. It doesn’t fit and is probably between 1 - 2 mm too big. Which, very annoyingly made it not fit. I reckon even 1mm off and it’d be fine

I have since sourced a glass door pre-cut rather than made to measure from another supplier and, perfect; whoop

Stoves just didn’t believe me and wanted me to post back the glass pane and said if within 1mm of difference, they’d not send a replacement.

What exactly is the point of made to measure if the supplier doesn’t accept responsibility for not cutting it perfectly to size. Isn’t that what the service is?

Very disappointing service. 0 stars from me

Ordered a custom pane of glass for my woodburner on the weekend, order arrived on the Tuesday, very well packaged, including some really useful information on fitting the new glass. Had to ask a question via email and communication was thorough and speedy! Would recommend 100% A++
