Ich habe mehrere Anim Sehr empfehlenswerter Händler für Anime-Resin-Figuren
Ich habe mehrere Anime-Figuren bei Handsomecake bestellt und alle sind gut und sicher angekommen.
Man muss etwas Geduld haben, da die Wartezeit bei Resin-Figuren normal ist – das sollte man vorher wissen. Sobald die Figuren in Deutschland waren, ging der Versand aber sehr schnell.
Der Support war durchgehend super: freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar.
Besonders positiv fand ich, dass eine bereits bezahlte Bestellung nach langer Wartezeit leider verloren gegangen ist. Mir wurde sofort geholfen und ohne Diskussion ein Ersatz angeboten. Sehr kulant und kundenfreundlich!
Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder dort bestellen.

Man merkt sofort, dass du weißt, wie der Resin-Hase läuft: Geduld gehört leider dazu, aber genau deshalb freut es uns umso mehr, dass ab dem Moment, wo die Figuren hier in Deutschland sind, alles zackig und sicher bei dir angekommen ist. Dass Verpackung und Versand gepasst haben, ist für uns absolute Pflicht.
Besonders hängen geblieben ist natürlich dein Punkt zur verlorenen Bestellung – genau in solchen Situationen zeigt sich, wie ernst ein Shop das Thema Verantwortung nimmt. Umso schöner zu lesen, dass wir das schnell, unkompliziert und ohne Diskussion für dich lösen konnten. So soll’s sein.

A blessing for collectors
I am very happy that I found this Shop. I am from Germany and it is not always easy to get my hands on limited anime statues. So this shop is really a blessing.
But you have to know that this is also a waiting game. Not because of the shop but you never know if a release is on time or not.
My statue of Levi came a year later than announced but it came and I have to say I am very happy that in the end they didn’t forgot me and my order.
There are always updates on the website when a container is on the way and you have a list of the statues that are in the containers.
When your statue is in stock then you become a tracking number to see when it will arrive.
So it’s really transparent.
You don’t have hidden costs, so when you order you don’t have to worry about any hidden prices like tax or shipping.
Firstly the Support wasn’t always the best but that has been taken care of. So you don’t have to wait for weeks to get an answer to your order. Or just go and slide in their DM’s on instagram. They always answer.
So when the time is right my next order will take place in this shop.

Eine gute, eine nicht so gute Erfahrung
Ich hatte bei Handsomecakegoodies eine Nier Automata (Joystation) Statue gekauft und bezahlt. Später wollte ich auf eine andere Figur (Cammy) wechseln, die weniger kostet - das klappte wunderbar und der Mitarbeiter versicherte mir, das überzählige Geld bei der nächsten Bestellung zu verrechnen. Vor einigen Monaten fiel mir dann etwas ins Auge, und seitdem versuche ich, per Mail Kontakt zu erhalten (August bis Oktober 25, dann habe ich aufgegeben), zu bestellen und das Geld zu verrechnen. Ich erhalte keine Rückmeldung. Vielleicht klappt es ja hier.

Dass der Wechsel der Statue damals reibungslos geklappt hat und dir eine Verrechnung zugesagt wurde, ist gut. Umso ärgerlicher ist es, dass du danach über Monate keine Rückmeldung mehr bekommen hast. Gerade wenn es um offenes Guthaben und Vertrauen geht, ist Funkstille das Worst-Case-Szenario – und da sind wir bei dir.
Ohne Ausreden: Das tut uns leid. Genau solche Themen müssen zuverlässig, sauber und zeitnah geklärt werden, egal wie voll es gerade ist.
Bitte melde dich noch einmal direkt bei uns mit der Bestellnummer, entweder im Chat auf der Shopseite oder per Mail an support@, dann sorgen wir dafür, dass dein Guthaben endlich korrekt verrechnet oder sauber gelöst wird. European reference
I discovered Handsome Cake early in their career, about 4 years ago, when I was looking for a Street Fighter statue from PrototypeZ Studio. I pre-ordered it from them because it was already sold out everywhere and their "duty and tax included" system, having warehouses in Europe, was new to the industry on our continent.
What many people don't realize about their seemingly higher prices is that the statue will arrive without any additional costs.
If you do the relevant calculations even with a well-known Chinese retailers, the statue will cost you practically the same, but you won't have to worry about anything, nor the risk of something going wrong and therefore increasing customs or tax costs (how many times has this happened to me; I was already a longtime collector at the time).
The statue I pre-ordered from them was delayed for about 2 years, and it looked like it wouldn't be released. In the end, it was released, but in a much smaller number than expected, so it turned out that it had already become a very rare statue upon its release and had immediately gained value.
So, luckily, I bought it from them. If I'd gotten it from a Chinese seller I probably wouldn't have received it, or I might have had to pay a surcharge (this has also happened in the past).
Nowadays, I see that you can also pay with PayPal; in the early days you couldn't, so you could even pay in three installments. Definitely even more convenient.
I'd recommend these German guys to anyone in Europe interested in collecting resin statues. If I were still collecting, I'd definitely keep them as a reference.

You clearly value security, transparency, and peace of mind when collecting, and that’s exactly why we built the whole duty & tax included + EU warehouse approach from day one. Knowing a statue will arrive without surprise letters from customs (or sudden extra bills…) makes all the difference for collectors.
Your story with the delayed but ultimately released statue really nails another important point: sometimes patience pays off big time – especially when things turn rare and valuable. We’re genuinely happy you were on the safe side with us back then.
And yes, adding PayPal and installment options was a huge step to make collecting even more relaxed nowadays. Thanks a ton for sticking with us for so many years and for calling us a European reference – that means a lot to a small team that started early and learned the hard way 🙂

Top Shop anfänglichen Problemchen werde och wieder vorbeischauen….:)
Nach meinem Kauf vor gut 1,5 Jahren kam ewig nichts, leider war die Kommunikation vorübergehend auch etwas schwierig, aber im Nachhinein doch verständlich bei so wenig Personen hinter diesem Shop. Ein bisschen müsste noch hierbei verbessert werden. Ich denk aber dass dies mit der zeit sicher in den Griff bekommen wird.;)
Nach langem warten kam die Figur nun bei mir an und es wurden sämtliche Ängste und Zweifel aus dem Weg geräumt. Der Shop ist echt!!! Auch der Chef kam mir etwas entgegen, obwohl ich leider in der Zwischenzeit auch diesem Stress machte, weil es irgendwie in Sachen Kommunikation einfach scheiterte, wofür ich mich entschuldigen und bedanken möchte.
Ich freu mich schon die Figur auszupacken, wenn ich endlich daheim bin. Wirklich zu empfehlen, aber mit langer Wartezeit ist zu rechnen. Gerne schaue ich wieder vorbei:)

Gerade nach so langer Wartezeit und mit holpriger Kommunikation zwischendurch ist es absolut nachvollziehbar, dass Zweifel aufkommen.
Umso schöner zu lesen, dass diese sich mit Ankunft der Figur komplett in Luft aufgelöst haben – genau dieser Moment beim Auspacken ist es, auf den alles hinausläuft.
Dein Verständnis dafür, dass hinter dem Shop lange Zeit nur sehr wenige Köpfe standen, wissen wir sehr zu schätzen. Genau an diesem Punkt haben wir inzwischen angesetzt, damit Updates und Antworten künftig deutlich runder laufen. Wenn wir das weiter sauber hinbekommen, sollte beim nächsten Mal auch der Weg zu den vollen 5 Sternen nicht mehr weit sein 😉

I didn’t buy a figurine, I was close tho. So I had a few questions and rang the support up, the person I talked with told me detailed infos about how the statues come to them. How you guys keep them safe etc. I even noticed a small error with two extra heads missing in the higher price description for a Gojo statue and it got fixed right away. Huge W, I can’t really give full stars since I didn’t order yet but yea, it all starts with the right support and y’all got that decked out.

Preordered resin statue. Smooth experience!
I've preordered a resin figure 2 years ago (Alolan Ninetails Moon Shadows Studio). It arrived a month ago and everything is perfect :)
They helped me, whenever I had questions of my order.
I like the honest warning for preorders. They can take quite sometime. Thats not the fault of HandsomeCake and they still keep you up to date of every step.
Would order again if I find something I like :)

Edit: "nur" 4 von 5 Sternen gibt es, da für mich die neue Website teilweise unübersichtlich ist, bzw. ich über die Suchfunktion nicht immer das finde was ich suche obwohl es die Produkte auf der Seite gibt :) da fand ich die alte besser. Habe 3 Stück im Shop bestellt und auch bekommen.
