I recently ordered 2 bags online from this store and the quality was disgraceful. I have tried to contact them about the quality of the bags and they are not getting back to me after a week of waiting

Personally this deserves a 0 because I ordered a bag and it had a disgraceful smell, it smelled like the owners. They were slouching in their chair earning money by doing nothing, total disgrace get them out of that “shop” now!

very poor business, i bought 3 products here, 2 of the which were made very poorly as the glue sticking them together fell apart and broke just under a week of purchasing.

The customer service is awful, the customer service lines don’t know what they are doing and overall poor quality and service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The products they sell at this store or awful, they buy old, overpriced, products no one wants. I feel like whoever owns this business should be ashamed. To top it off there is awful customer service, the customers are the reason they have money so surely they should respect them?

I went here to buy a premium stoney as the name suggests. After selecting my badge in piece, the assistant went to the register to wrap it in the traditional fashion, boxed and then bagged. It was only when I got the bag home, and whilst listening to my favourite song by KC and The Sunshine Band, I discovered it was not my brand new stone island overshirt in the box, but in fact Malcolm. Malcolm is in the box. Not the end of the world, but a terrible ordeal none the less
