I would give 0 stars if I could. All the reviews are accurate. I bought a pouch bc it is trendy w HS girls. My daughter didn't like it and this company wouldn't let me return it. $118 down the drain. They sent me a list of items that were not returnable and this isn't on the list. Their service was so rude also. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

Have a very bad feeling about the people who run this company. All you have to do is Google the family name and you will see how poorly they treat people and how they will do anything for $$$ no matter how many people they hurt on the way. They are callous and cold money grabbers.

I’m so disappointed in the customer service I’ve received and will never purchase a Stoney Clover Lane product again. I received my first SCL order as a gift from my husband after a long time of wanting to try the pouches and Fanny packs. When I opened my gift I saw that my husband unfortunately ordered the wrong size fanny pack for me. I contacted SCL right away and asked for help processing an exchange and I would pay the additional cost for the correct size Fanny pack. I was told I had 7 days to do any return and I was out of luck. This is ridiculous. For a store that charges $98+ for a Fanny pack this kind of return policy is an absolute joke. I’ve now contacted them via email 3x in the last two weeks and have not gotten a single response. This company knows nothing about customer service and for the prices they charge for their products, this is pathetic. I’m happy to pay a higher price for high quality products and customer service but SCL has neither. I will never order from them again.

Terrible owners who don’t care about their customers. Bought a bag from here and it had holes in it and they didn’t offer to replace or the fix the issue. Wear and tear is an understatement. They should look into selling this once great business to someone who can handle with care. Avram and Joel are the worst.

Staff were arrogant and rude, products are worthless and sold for extortionate prices. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

If I could give them no stars then I would. Customer service is absolutely terrible. They are rude and it’s a rip off. Save your money! I ordered during a sale. First time customer. They shipped my order knowing one item was missing. What a surprise to me when I opened my package. They didn’t notify me of the missing item. I would have cancelled my entire order prior to them shipping it out if I knew they cannot fulfill it. Barely got an approval to return the items I got. And they still have the guts to say they charge a restocking fee. Ridiculous is an understatement.

Terrible customer service. Is in need of major improvement but all they’ve done is buy a few tins of red paint.
