Photos on website show a polished windshield wiper. But wheat I received were black ones. Wasted my money and most likely will get charged for return shipping. They should update their photos to what will actually be shipped.

First off we have already told you that we would give a full refund and we offer free return shipping as well. We get the photos from the manufacturer, we don't take the tens of thousands of photos ourself and we try to update them as often as possible. When you offer tens of thousands of products from hundreds of different manufactures sometimes photos don't get updated as often as we would like. When this happens all we can do is apologize and give you your money back. WHICH WE HAVE OFFERED TO DO.

Outstanding Service

I have had other companies that provided very good service, but it was nothing compared to StockWise Auto. I was never left hanging; they ensured I always knew the status of my order at any point in time. My order was for something that in the past, I had ordered from other companies but they no longer had it in stock. StockWise had it in stock and filled my order quickly.

not really anything good to say

shipping was SLOW. Could have been shipped faster for cheaper with post office, but these people probably don't pay any shipping on individual items, probably a monthly flat rate or something. Oh yeah...a $1 charge for "route protection", what is THAT crap??? just another way to scam more money from people. but I guess when they have the part you need (which was a stupid 2 pin connector for $37, that alone pisses me off), you gotta bend over and take it. what else you gonna do?
