I purchased an AC kit for my 2002 X type Jaguar. The compressor clutch started making a loud grinding noise after I had the system charged at a reputable repair shop. I called the Stockwise phone number listed and reported my problem and gave my phone number and Email address. I didn't receive any emails or telephone calls. I took the car back to the repair shop and had the mechanic reshim the clutch to try to make it work properly. The noise came back almost immediately. Since then I have tried 4 more times to reach Stockwise help line. I finally got a new compressor from another company. Disappointed doesn't even come close to how I feel about the lack of service I have received. Dirck Leidecker

I ordered parts for my car and turned out I ordered wrong parts. I initiated a refund and sent parts back. My bank issued me a new debit card and assured me that any refund to my old card will be posted to my account. Well the bank completely cut the card off causing stockwiseauto not being able to send my refund. I asked multiple times if they can issue me store credit but it’s been months and as of now they have both the product and my money.

Correct part delivered promptly to my mechanic. Best yet $50 less than what he was going to order for the same part. My mechanic will be sending more business your way. Give him the same service and you have a new customer!

We had looked all over the internet, at all of our local parts stores and nothing. We were about to give up and came across stockwise. We weren't sure about them because we had not heard of them, but decided to give them a try after reading reviews. Even when the package got delayed, I emailed them they found it and got it coming to me. Will definitely use them again!

All fit good but the dryer. The output side was different than my existing dryer. I’m not sure if my existing dryer or the new dryer was different in the stock tubeing size. Every thing else fit like a glove. Good quality product. Yes I will use them again when needed.

First you can’t speak with customer service personally. You have to email back and forth for 3 or 4 days in order to communicate with this company. I gave them 2 different phone numbers so they could reach me night or day. I received the wrong part that was in a kit
