I could not ask for a better service .....
Last week after finally getting to use my Stewart Golf Nexas carry bag, two days into a golfing break the bag developed a fault. The day after I arrived home (Sunday 1st Feb) I posted my issue through their website and added a photo. Even though it was a Sunday I received a reply within the hour along with instructions on how to proceed to return the item. I no longer had the packaging, so Stewart Golf informed me that they would send out a new golf bag. The brand new replacement golf bag arrived about an hour ago and I am delighted.
I have used Stewart Golf trollies, bags and accessories for nearly 16 years and it is service like this that assists me in making the decision to always come back to them. Thank you S.G. for your extremely quick and honest service.
