Really happy with the service from next to new golf I requested Build a Bag. Within a day of completing the form with what I was looking for, I was contacted by WhatsApp with a video of the bad and talked through everything in a really easy, stress-free way. The whole process was straightforward and the customer service was great from start to finish. I’m so pleased with the quality of the clubs and the bag too - couldn’t recommend them enough.

Very easy process, helpful staff and great items. The irons are almost like new. From seeing there adverts on socials and clicking the link it was just so easy, I received several WhatsApp videos about the various options. Thanks guys.

Absolutely superb service from the guys at next2newgolf. I filled in the online form one evening and the next morning had a WhatsApp asking a few more questions. Thirty minutes later I get a video breaking down a proposed bag for me - a lovely mix of good quality used driver, 3 wood and hybrid, with new irons and putter.

As a beginner the guys talked me through why they had chosen the specific clubs, which also helped a lot.

Bag arrived next day and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. Terrific service from start to finish.

I stubbled across the website after spending hours and hours looking for a full set of golf clubs and bag. I went through their build a bag, answered a few questions and was then taken through to WhatsApp. At first, I was dubious whether to trust the process but gave it a shot. I sadly didn’t get the name of the person who helped me but I received a message back on WhatsApp almost immediately, baring in mind, this was well out of opening hours at this point. I asked more than a few questions which was answered promptly and given some advice. I was then presented with a video of a bag that had been put together for me at a great price. Being so indecisive that I am, I asked what felt like another 100 questions which were all answered, and was even recommended not to increase my budget as these clubs (Wilson profile) would suit me better being a complete beginner in the game. I placed the order late in the evening and two days later they arrived! Well packaged, exactly as described and even had a couple of bags of tees in the bag to help get me started! Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, cannot recommend this place enough and chuffed to bits with my new clubs!! Thank you very much!! Rob
