If i could give zero stars i would. The steamer arrived broken, which in itself is not what is bothering me. It's the return process. I have to contact the customer support, which 6 days later has still not reply to me. So I am now left without a steamer, since I was hoping to get a replacement. And my money is gone. And i am not sure whether i can ship this thing back. It total shit...considering what they are charging, i did not expect this customer experience

Bought a Pilo 2 and it worked twice then stopped. I emailed Customer Service who took over a week to reply (by which point I'd thrown it away) and said that because it was purchased from Selfridges not Steamery's website they couldn't help me

A wonderful customer service experience.I asked if I could buy replacement blades for my Pilo 1.
I was emailed for photos of the Pilo and my name and address and sent to me free of charge.
I can't fault them and despite other reviews I can only praise this company.😊

not the best customer service. if your steamer if broken and you can't proof receipt (if it's a gift) or it's over a year old, the only way they can help you is to give you 30% voucher for the next purchase. can't fix it. not very sustainable.

I recently purchased a Cirrus 3 steamer and during my first brief use the bottom fell off it and disconnected from
The water tank. I have tried to contact Steamery about a refund on two occasions and no acknowledgment much less any response has been forthcoming. The product I received came apart irreparably during the first use and the service is shockingly poor ie non existent. The radio silence is inexcusable. Avoid purchasing from this company.

I have bought two products from this company. I was attracted to them by the product design. Their items are beautiful. However I have owned one of their steamers for just under 2 years now. I have only used it a handful of times in that period and unfortunately it is no longer working. It simply leaks water when I try to operate it. I sent an email one week ago asking for some product support and advice. And this is where my frustration comes from as I have not had a response. So this brand appears to have exemplary product design with dreadful customer service.

Update: Steamery UK reached out to me and after supplying video evidence of the faulty steamer they were very quick to send me a replacement item. So fair play to them. I am now a happy customer again.

Wonderful product, easy to handle

I bought my Cirrus 3 less than a year ago because it is such a beautiful design but have barely used it and now it has stopped working. Have emailed Steamery several times and have had no response. Needless to say there is no phone number. Appalling customer service.

Whilst a beautifully designed product their customer service team appears to be non existent. My Cirrus 3 Iron Steamer (purchased through their website) has a faulty pipe in the water tank which means water is not able to be drawn up into the unit. Have waited over a month for a reply to my email, you receive an automated email requesting not to send follow up’s as this pushes your query to the bottom of the pile, with no phone number to call what am I expected to do with this expensive piece of kit that does not work?! For a wait time of over a month, one can only think their team is bombarded with complaints of faulty equipment…

Have emailed multiple times but no response. There is also no contact number. Would not recommend buying from them because if anything goes wrong with the product , you have no one to contact to resolve your issue. I have sent over 5 emails and no reply.

Faulty steamer and not heard back from customer services as yet - hope to v soon for an exchange. Beautiful designed products though!

To update - Via instagram I was able to get in contact with customer service who swiftly replaced my faulty item.

Super quick delivery - took me a little time to get used to using the steamer but took the creases out of my Burberry really well - nice design & colour too - a quality product

It is out of utter frustration that I am leaving this poor review. I received my Pilo2 3 weeks ago. It worked on one jumper and then stopped working. It will not charge/hold a charge. I have reached out 5 times to customer service and have I have received no further instructions.

So disappointing. This fabric shaver stopped working almost immediately

I read the instructions, used the shaver carefully, opened to remove lint and when I closed it again it simply stopped working.

Yes, I tried recharging it. It is fully charged. I tried opening and closing again. It looks perfect but it does not switch on.

I have written to the company and they have not replied.

£50 for a machine that stopped working within about ten to twenty minutes and no customer service.

I contacted Steamery on the 31st of March in regards to a broken cirrus 3 steamer where the tank tube just ejected from it's fitting and can no longer take in water. My product is still under warranty, and I have used it only a handful of times. I received an email saying it's taking longer than usual to reply to these emails, please do not file another email as it will drop your query to the bottom of the pile. Finally I'm writing my review here (regretfully) as Steamery does not have any other means of communication. The product is not cheap (£150) and I would expect some svensk engineering such as this to last a lot longer, let alone have great customer service. Unfortunately it does not seem like the case. I've noticed in the past 2 weeks their website also faults on checkout when you try to purchase any item with an error message: "stock unavailable". Disappointed to say the least.

The steamer arrived broken. I made 3 attempts to contact customer service, there is no actual person to speak to directly so you must write an email and wait. I have been waiting for weeks for a response. I tried reaching out on instagram and still nothing. This is not a cheap steamer and I would expect a good level of support. Really disappointed and would never purchase from this website again. I have no idea if I will ever get my money back or at least a replacement!

I haven’t received my package of goods. I have written an email to the customer service and haven’t received a response. I bought four products over a week ago. Is this theft?
