Awful customer service. They state you can cancel as long as not shipped i've emailed them today and been on their online chat and they take ages to respond first they say they will help you cancel the order then they say you can't cancel an order once you've placed it.

the order hasn't been shipped it hasn't been picked yet they won't let you cancel

Awful company I would be very careful buying from them!

Good choice of meat products, good meat quality; stock replenishment is faster than peers and excellent custom service and communication.

Was skeptical at first but the meat was beautiful, nice marbling and tastes like steak you would normally pay triple the price for in a restaurant. Overall very happy with the purchase will definitely buy again

The M1/2 Striploin was very disappointing. The fat portion represents almost half of the steak.

Great food, great value. Wish it could have been cheaper for free delivery 📦. Would have ordered more often if free delivery is around $500

本人於5-9-2026在貴店自取標示為「M9肉眼扒」（Ribeye）之牛扒，單據編號為Order SK171755
一般所稱之肉眼扒，除中間之肉眼芯外，應連有搭於其上的肉眼蓋（ribeye cap／spinalis dorsi）。此蓋肉為肉眼最嫩、油花最集中之部分，亦是消費者選擇此部位之主要原因。
今次收到之貨品明顯欠缺此層蓋肉，外形較似整條肉眼之尾段，纖維亦偏粗，與正中段肉眼應有之嫩度及結構不符。該件貨品本人已經食用，今次並非要求退款，只想如實反映情況，因為身體非常之不滿及不愉快。
本人一向有意再次光顧貴店購買肉眼，但經過今次經驗，對貨品是否真正中段、是否包含肉眼蓋，已失去信心。懇請貴店說明往後如何確保所售「肉眼扒」為連蓋，而非尾段或已切走蓋肉之件貨，以及顧客選購時如何分辨，以便本人可以安心再次購買。

Maybe I am not a meat cut connoisseur but I can't tell too much on an enhanced wagyu taste in the steaks. I can confirm their Chilli Pork sausage is my favourite from my last purchase and I shall buy again ;p

Last order mentioned sent to Lai Chi Kok but courier mistake sending to Shatin.

I have been shopping at steak king over years and it always bring me goo quality food and service

Been a loyal customer to SK. My recent purchase experience with their Ranger Station M2/3 and M4/5 sirloin (two separate purchases 2 weeks apart, second purchase made after communicating with CS, got a sorry message and asked if I can give them a second chance so I did right away) are quite bad compare to previous purchases.

Have decided to give myself a break and look elsewhere. Waves Pacific is higher price but much higher quality. Dont be cheap like me, given up quality to save few hundred.

Maybe their "premium cuts" are better. My comments are only associated with Ranger Station. This farm name happens to be similar to Ranger Valley but I am pretty sure the quality is not.

Good quality with affordable price. Delivery date can be chosen that fit our schedule.

Ordered the M4-5 Striploin steaks but they sent me some regular steaks with no marble at all, the quality is not acceptable and not getting my money worth, what a fraud!

Too pricey, smoked salmon too salty
