The Agent (her name was Krista) was so helpful and went through every detail with me explaining everything to make sure I understood what I was buying. I will definitely pass on your name and number to any of my friends who are looking to purchase Travel Insurance.

So easy to answer qualifying questions.

So easy to answer qualifying questions.
Everything was very clear and concise, no long winded things to read
The price was very competitive compared to my previous travel insurance quote.
I also had to change my dates on my policy later in the day and there was no charge or hassle
Highly recommend

It was like speaking to a robot. Talked so fast. I had to ring to get the insurance i paid for. Sorry to be negative. .

Bit of a glitch but we got there

First girl ( Karen) was lovely but unfortunately we somehow got disconnected when she went to check something . I rang back i really could not understand the second girl when I asked her something again she was quite condescending. I am usually quite patient so.i said if she did not want to help let me speak to someone else. Her attitude changed and we got there in the end My policy was reasonable In fact I have recommended and given details to another family member
