Stayinbed Arvostelua

We made an appointment at the Stayinbed showroom in Leicester to see the wide range of sofabed sizes and styles. We met with Arbinder who was incredibly helpful. Having chosen the sofabed we wanted, we were shown many standard and bespoke options for fabric coverings. Arbinder patiently cut and labelled several swatches for us to take away and colour match. Delivery was within the specified time frame and communications were excellent. We've had the sofabed for a couple of months now and it is as comfortable as a sofa as it is as a bed and we are very pleased.

I am so pleased with my bertie sofa bed and fitted sheet. The colour is fabulous and looks great in my TV room. It converts to a bed and back to a sofa seamlessly. Everything went smoothly and was delivered by a delightful pair of young men who were professional, friendly, careful and tidy.

We got a sofabed in our spare room when we had a baby so we could split the night shifts for sleeping, but didn’t want to take up the whole room with a bed as we still wanted to be able to use the floor space for play. We spent ages looking for a comfortable sofa bed and have been so pleased with it. As a sofa it’s more comfy than our main sofa in the lounge! And one of us is currently using it as a bed on a daily basis and find it very comfortable. It makes for a firm mattress, which is our preference. We found adding a mattress topper helped to even the surface out so you can’t feel the joints of the fold. It’s super easy to fold up and down which we are doing on a daily basis

A great experience from buying to having it delivered to our home. I had to make arrangements with customer services, as I wasn’t able to receive the sofa around the 6-week delivery date, due to a planned long holiday - they were very helpful and polite and came up with a solution. More importantly, the quality of the sofa is outstanding and the design amazing. We are very pleased overall - would recommend Stay in bed.

We visited the showroom where staff were very helpful and sought clarification of our queries.Delivery staff also helpful and put our sofa bed together quickly. We are very happy with this purchase, good quality build, very easy to open into a bed. We haven’t yet had guests to stay, however the bed feels very comfortable. Would recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice! I bought the Cinema sofa bed and absolutely love it. The sofa is super comfortable, stylish, and really practical. I love that I can easily convert it into a bed when I have guests staying over.

I highly recommend it. The Grey Stone colour is also amazing and looks beautiful in my home. It matches perfectly with all my other furniture. I’m so happy with my purchase!

The sofa bed looks great, and is comfy to sleep on. It is also one of the few we found which was close to full size bed. Delivery was great and on schedule and the swatch service fast and helpful. Very happy with the item, having been nervous to order completely online.

Great communication from the company. The sofa took a while to be constructed and delivered but this was made very clear at the beginning. It is a wonderful quality, and the stain proofing of the material has held up extremely well- Sofa 1 Red wine 0! The bed is incredibly easy to make and put away. It is also very comfortable as both a sofa and a bed.
Would highly recommend!

Excellent product & ease of transformation from sofa to bed is second to none. Delivery team were very efficient and professional throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stay In Bed to both friends & family.

Delivered exactly as and when expected. Well communicated. The sofa exceeded my expectations. Looks stylish and comfortable. Very well made and a great mechanism to the bed. Very easy to use.

Just took delivery of my new Bertie Sofa Bed and I absolutely love it! The color is perfect and matches the swatch exactly. It’s super easy to open and incredibly comfortable, both as a sofa and a bed. The delivery from Atlas was excellent—they arrived on time, assembled it efficiently, and showed me how to use it. A truly professional service.
The free fitted sheet was lovely bonus.

Great couch and great bed - only had positive reviews from those who have slept on it.
The experience from ordering to delivery was seamless.

Fantastic service and fantastic sofa bed, used regularly and very comfortable by all our guests

Great looking sofa, easy to convert to bed, so comfortable and the buying process was great, no delays and the delivery men were very professional, put the sofa together quickly and took all packaging with them and were very respectful of my property.

Honestly, not the best quality sofa. It cost us just over £2k for the sleeper model, and to be honest, I regret this purchase every single day. I hate it 🥲

We have had the sofa for about 14 months now, and the back pillows already look so worn out. The structure has completely gone. The material feels okay - we got a light grey colour - but it has this weird sheen to it during the day.

The finish is not great either. The connecting parts are not aligned. I complained about it, but the company just said that this is how it is meant to be. Honestly, sofas for half the price, or even less, are better aligned than this one.

The sleeping option is not very comfortable either. The side that opens is somehow uneven, so when you sleep on it, you kind of slide off. It is okay for one night, but anything more than that and you do not get enough sleep. For guests staying over for a few days, it is honestly horrible.

I would say do not buy from them. The customer service was terrible when I contacted them after the sale with issues, the product ages very badly, and most of all, it is just not comfortable. There are much better options available at a lower price point.

Delivery was easy. Brought to my first floor flat with no difficulty. The sofa was assembled in no time at all and followed with a swift demonstration of use.

Perfect colour and texture made easier by the sample swatches delivered beforehand to help select. The bed is incredibly easy pull out and is large and comfy to sleep on.

I would recommend these sofas to anyone!

From start to finish everything was perfect. The sample swatches came quickly, the sofa was delivered on time and it’s so much better than I expected. We sleep on it every single night without issue and find we can now convert it in less than a minute. Fab customer service, emails answered very quickly. We love our Bertie and other family members are also ordering! I was concerned at ordering without trying but there was the money back guarantee if it really wasn’t suitable but we needn’t have worried! It really is great!

Easy to purchase although a reasonably long lead time. Delivery was all good with explanation of the simple operation.
The sofa bed itself - quite firm and upright, definitely not something that swallows you up, but comfortable still. That makes for a firm bed, which is great to sleep on and I think will last a long time. Generally it feels solid and well made.
The folding in/out is very easy and because you sleep across (not along) the sofa both sleepers can get out on 'their' side of the bed - there is no climbing over the other person.
The finish we have is a tight velvet, a bit more yellow than we were expecting but nice all the same. We Scotchguarded it for extra protection.

We moved into a small flat, so we wanted a sofa bed where guests could stay, but that also had some storage. I searched everywhere and then found the Stay in Bed company, which appeared to tick all of our boxes. I was a bit worried to buy a sofa without trying it first, but their fabric sample along with a reddit thread comparing the firmness to other sofas of mainstream stores helped to easy our minds. We went for the Spencer Corner Sofa Bed (which we have had for almost 5 months now) and we love it!! We constantly talk about how handy the storage is, as well as, how comfortable the sofa is. We have had several guests who have also confirmed it is very comfortable as a sofa bed. We are very happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

I got chaise sofa bed. I wasn’t sure as I couldn’t go to any of the physical shops but I ordered the fabric and decided I’d go with it.
It took a few weeks to arrive but when it did, it was great. The delivery was smooth, they took great care and put it together with ease.

It’s a great sofa. Highly recommended.
