Stasdock Arvostelua 

The 5 star reviews of this company are clearly fake, each one is from the Netherlands (like Stasdock), each "person" has only made one review, and each of them are full of praise for the company.

I ordered a Stasdock wall mount for my bike from their website and payment was taken immediately. Their site clearly states that orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Almost a week later and nothing has happened. I have emailed them over and over and have had no reply. This company clearly has communication issues, their product seems to be legit but they just don't seem to ship them. You can order these on Amazon, the only reason I did not was because I had a discount code for their website. If you really want to risk this company, buy from Amazon, at least they can help you when Stasdock let you down.

My bank are now involved and will be pursuing Stasdock on my behalf.

Order was easy to create, fast shipping - everything was ok. Unfortunately, the photos do not show the actual dimensions of the wall mount in any way.
The return is particularly bad. No form to fill out online and return at your own expense! That's €24.49 from Germany. There was no communication after the return was announced. Therefore not recommended.

I placed an order but .. doesn’t received, I will place the claim with VISA .. worse customer service never answer by email

In order for me to order 2 Stasdock i contacted the customer support in order to figure out the taxes, tried to ask the same question 3 times and they doesnt seem to answer anything on their support email.

I cant buy the product when there is no one to assist in the buying process.

Retour was niet aangekomen, helaas wel erg lang op iets van een compensatie moeten wachten. Uiteindelijk een slechte review op dit platform achtergelaten, ben direct gebeld door de eigenaar. Fijn gesprek gehad en heeft de order direct retour geboekt. Ik wens je het beste met je bedrijf Jasper.

Very happy with my order! I received the wall mount well within the promised delivery time and installed it very easily. Finally a perfect solution to store my bike and it goes well with my interior! Quality product and stunning to look at!

Super service! Ordered 3 Stasdock's on 2 days ago and i have received it yesterday already. Got good advice about what colors they have etc. So far, really happy with the company and customer supper they have delivered!

Ordered the Stasdock yesterday and it's already arrived. Happy with the quality and design. Now i can turn my bike into art !

AVOID - Contacted them 4 times since October to have a part shipped. 3 times says it shipped and nothing was sent.
Still waiting for the 4th simple shipment of a replacement foam to arrive. Useless support and I won't be dealing with them again - AVOID

Super practical product! Strong and easy to mount. It also saves spaces in my small garage. I recommend the Stasdock product.

They won't answer my emails.

When I opened a ticket at PayPal, they responded but only to tell me to close the ticket (with a :-) ) otherwise they will not refund me. I say this is a scam.

Unfortunately, I have had the worst experience with Stasdock. I bought a black unit, was sent a gold one. I went away for two nights and left it sitting in a room, on the floor, by itself. The foam fell off.
I have been emailing and asking for a refund consistently, because I do not want the product (can't exactly trust the quality after that). They probably replied to one out of every five email I send, they're incredibly unresponsive. Eventually they sent me back a return label, I shipped it back and 2.5 weeks later, I had still not heard anything. I follow up with them (three times) and they refused to believe they had received the unit, even though I had provided the tracking link and documentation twice to show that it had been received by them! After another 4 emails of chasing post that communication, today I receive one to say they've shipped me a new product! That's despite literally asking for a refund in my last five emails to them (minimum). I'm beyond words.

Op 25 juni 2022 een product geretourneerd.
Op 4 juli maar eens geïnformeerd of er überhaupt iemand op mijn mail kon reageren en wanneer ik mijn geld retour zou krijgen.
Op 6 juli zou ernaar gekeken worden en op 17 juli nog steeds niets gehoord.
Denk niet dat ik mijn geld ooit nog terug ga zien….

Shipping time service took very long, usually for UK it says within 1 - 2 days but mine took 7, I had to email the company to see what happened with my shipping process, when they finally shipped it it arrived within the estimated time. The product itself it’s a good material and elegant design, if you’re looking for a bike rack that keeps your bike elegant then this is one of the best choices in the market so far. I would have gave it 5 stars but since there a was a long delay with my order then I believe 3 stars it’s enough

Sinds kort een Stasdock in het zwart gekocht.
en ben er super blij mee. Gemakkelijk te bevestigen aan de muur, erg solide en mooi afgewerkt. Helm,schoenen, bril alles bij elkaar! tevens de hang-on erbij gekocht voor de kleding..

Mijn product hoe mooi ook was incompleet geleverd. Terug sturen was heel veel gedoe alles was al uitgepakt en de pluggen zaten al in de muur. Ondanks herhaaldelijk contact was het bedrijf niet in staan om de missende onderdelen te sturen. Twee maal toegezegd, twee maal niet gedaan. Ik moest al heel erg op ze in praten om het sowieso op te sturen. Bij hoge uitzondering zouden ze die doen en dus niet gedaan. Ik was zo blij met dit product. Het is zo'n fraai ding en dan om een paar ringetjes je hele naam te grabbel gooien. Zwaar teleurgesteld in deze lui. Onbegrijpelijk

The product looks very sturdy, and i would recommend the black version. However, a bit disappointed in the Dark Gold version. It is not the color on the official pictures, i assume a problem at their supplier and they didn't take the blame for it. I've ordered metal carpaint sprays to manually override this.. I already adapted my walls for this element.. Support offered a free return so good customer service, but i decided to go for the paint spray option. At risk, but their official photos is so stunning.. It's exactly how i want it. For now 4 stars.

Het is een mooi product en snel geleverd. De schroeven om in de muur te doen zijn voorzien van torks. In de praktijk bleek het lastig de schroeven ver genoeg in de muur te schroeven. De torks schroefkop begaf het onder de kracht die nodig was.
