I ordered jiggers and im surprise that the volume are not the one specified on the site, i would have wanted to send them back but the cost of the shippement is too high.

Beautiful items and fast shipping

Incapable of adding the right shipping info
The company did not add the right address when shipping, causing the order to get stuck in transit. The company did not proactively reach out to fix this and referred me to the shipping company to fix it myself even though the company made the mistake.
As a result the items were late for Christmas.

Your order placed on 25/05 and shipped the same day. Even we keep the right to prepare and ship your order after 3 business days after your payment we shipped it the same day. You chose the cheapest shipping option that is priority mail by post. This normally takes 10-15 business days to deliver. We sent you all the shipping details like tracking number, date of shipping etc with an email on 25/05. if you track your package it says that it is in your country on 30/05 that means after 5 days once we shipped it. First of all we are not responsible if there is a delay on your delivery. we don't deliver the packages by ourselves, we use shipping carrier. All the contact details of the carrier are included in the email we sent you. that means that you can contact them and ask why the package delayed more than normal. it is not fair to rate with one star when you have not receive your products. you can rate the carrier you chose and not us with one star.

Late delivery even paying for 1-2 days…
Late delivery even paying for 1-2 days express delivery. Also one of the ice tongs of £30 is not grabbing the ice properly other than that the bar tools are great but for ice tongs £15 or less from nisbets, urban bar or cocktail kingdom are way better.

The package was in your city next day of the date you placed the order.
NEXT DAY.
Even if you asked for delivery another day. the package delivered to destination on 27/05. that means after 3 days you push the button in our website. So can you please explain so we can understand what "late delivery" that you wrote in your review means?
Regarding the products you order, unfortunately not all the tools can fit our needs. the last 9 years we have supplied more that 5000 bars, restaurants, hotels etc. We sold more that 5000 ice tongs so far. One (yours) doesn't fit customer needs.
In any case you didn't contact through email and you chose to rate the lowest. We might had figure out a solution or a replacement of your tong.
This is what we do in the majority of the cases we face with customers that didn't liked or can't use the tools they bought.
We comunicate first, we contact.
At the end we are bartenders ourselves and we want our customers to use their tools with the best possible way.
In any case we thank you for the unfair one star review, it is your right and our right to reply as well.
