Dear valued customer,

We sincerely appreciate your recent order and the time you took to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to note your positive remarks on the prompt shipping and satisfactory packaging.

Regarding the missing item, we regret any confusion caused by its temporary unavailability. An email notification was dispatched before shipping, explaining that the item is currently out of stock and will be shipped separately at no extra cost. We understand that communication may have been missed, possibly ending up in your junk folder.

While we appreciate your honest feedback, we kindly ask for your understanding that leaving a one-star review due to an out-of-stock item is disproportionate. We strive to resolve such issues promptly and are committed to refunding the missing item.

In the future, we encourage you to reach out to us directly via email for prompt issue resolution, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

We genuinely value your business and look forward to the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Thank you for your order, your understanding, and your feedback.

Best regards,

Starshaker team

We sincerely appreciate your feedback and the time you've taken to provide a review. However, we find ourselves somewhat perplexed and would appreciate some clarification. Are you reviewing the courier service or our company?

We noted that you assigned a 1-star rating without having received the package or had the opportunity to assess our products. Typically, when reviewing a company, various parameters are considered, such as product quality, pricing, post-sale service, packaging, and, importantly, delivery time.

You mentioned that you encountered difficulties with the tracking number, and we would like to suggest that, in such cases, reaching out to FedEx directly via phone can often resolve the issue more swiftly. As outlined in our terms and conditions, we must emphasize that we are not liable for any delivery delays, and we cannot monitor every individual package. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and liaise with the shipping company in their country to address any potential issues.

While we understand your perspective, we do find the one-star review somewhat unfair in light of the circumstances. Nevertheless, we respect your opinion and appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for your understanding.
