I've had Starry internet for around 2 years now and rarely if ever have a problem. Today I needed some help from Customer Service, and fortunately Chelsea H. was there to answer my call. She expertly helped me out and gave me the exact information I needed in less than 5 minutes. I was then up and running on Wi-Fi and was able to update my phone with the latest software, and get my TVs working. Kudos to Starry internet and Chelsea H.! Well done!

I had a very difficult experience with UPS sending a new part and Alyssa came to the rescue. She was super fast, helpful, and had a great kind sense of humor that comforted me! She is amazing. Keep hiring people like her and I will never leave starry.
