Fitting was terrible

Fitted bedroom wardrobes are Absolutly wonderful, there are a few minor snags that need doing but overall I am very pleased with the work

Your company delivered a great service and professionalism and I would have no problem recommending you to my family and friends your two guys were professional fitters with dignity and grace

Excellent service from start to finish.

Good fitters who tidied up afterwards and respected our property.
Today two fitters came out to make a few adjustments to the doors as they seemed very loose when sliding and they also put a fillet on the inside of the wardrobe as the previous fitters left a big hole in the side of the wardrobe. They said the missing part would be posted to us.The part needed was to fill the gap so we could remove it if necessary to reach any pipework if needed. The part did not arrive in the post so we went to the Erdington branch who sorted it out for us. This was done today by the second fitters.
We appreciated the fact that the fitters always kept us informed about dates/times they would be calling.
Pete from the Erdington branch in Birmingham was very helpful when designing our wardrobe.
We are only giving four stars due to the fact that the fitters had to return for snagging.
All in all a good experience and a better price than most.

Obviously the waiting time is really long. But the quality is amazing. Wardrobes are amazing. The beds very comfortable. Everything was just perfect for our new home. It was raining the day the fitted wardrobes were done. But the guys made sure the carpet was protected. The service was great.

I got wardrobe before 12 years ago it’s good and high quality..so happy

Starplan made my purchase of a single bed straightforward. The sales assistant was helpful and informative. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Fabulous service from start to finish. I could not be happier. The products are amazing quality. Thank you.

We had been recommended Starplan by a Family Member who already had a Kitchen fitted by Starplan and on visiting the Starplan Boucher Road premises in Belfast we were greeted with a friendly smile and a very helpful Receptionist who introduced us to a Bedroom/Wardrobe Designer by the name of Julie Sheridan who took no time in designing a Wardrobe plan/design there and then meeting with our needs and requirements incorporating our own ideas and advising us accordingly. We were very impressed with her Professionalism and confident approach hence making us feel very confident in our decision to choose Starplan. We are very Happy and pleased with the final result as well as the quality and the fitting of our Walk-in-Wardrobe!! which has met with all our expectations and more- VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER - THANKYOU STARPLAN!!!!
