An absolute pleasure to deal with. Based in Cambodia, I had 3 months of hurdles to navigate to get the bike from the Californian dealer to Cambodia.
At every stage when I needed some help from Stark Future they were there to assist me. Specifically Benoit from their head office. Provided paperwork when needed, and got the bike registered on their system when the dealer failed to do so.
When the bike eventually reached my hands, a couple of parts were missing and damaged. Again Stark didn't hesitate to assist me in having these parts shipped out to me immediately.

Une Etoile pour la moto qui est bien, mais cela fait plus de trois mois que je ne peux utiliser la moto avec ses options, mode pro inutilisable et aujourd'hui, cerise sur le gâteau, trois paiements par carte pour la même chose, il est vrai que j ai essaye plusieurs fois. Je voulais utiliser la moto que j ai payer 13000e. Le SAV me balade de semaine en semaine, si vous acheter stark attendez vous a un SAV nul. Aussi la livraison des pièces détachées en express, qui dure plus d une semaine.

Pour tout achat effectué depuis un pays de l’Union européenne, ce qui est bien le cas pour la France, l’achat est réalisé hors taxes. La TVA n’est pas à régler lors de l’achat et doit uniquement être payée auprès de l’État français via la procédure de quitus fiscal. Elle ne doit donc en aucun cas être payée deux fois.
En France, le taux de TVA est de 20 %, et l’exclusion de la TVA est clairement indiquée dans le panier au moment de la commande.
De plus, aucun frais de douane car la moto est envoyée depuis notre usine en Espagne.
Nous souhaitons aussi préciser que la moto est homologuée avec le permis 125cc mais n'a absolument rien à voir avec une 125cc, que ce soit au niveau de la qualité des composants, et surtout de la performance dont elle fait preuve.

Sans arret des bugs sur ma EX qui à 150km. La moto est deja restée en panne pendant 2 mois le temps d'identifier la panne avec le concessionaire, commander les pièces etc,... Un voyage enduro prevu au mois d'aout avec plusieurs endusristes, completement annulé à cause de la Stark EX qui ne voulait rien savoir. Le problème etait des coupures net a l'accélération alors que l'engin fait 80ch!! Très dangereux. Discussion interminable avec Stark Futur avec un SAV pas a la hauteur du prix du vehicule de mon point de vue. On peut refuser d'avoir les clients au teléphone (Le support de Stark Futur est injoignable par telephone) mais dans ce cas on ne peut pas envoyer des reponses imprecises et mal traduitent par email. Une fois le moteur changé, la moto récupèrée il y a maintenant des autres petits bug comme un clognotant qui ne fonctionne pas, le téléphone qui ne se connecte pas, etc...
A l'immense déception sur le produit et pas mal d'argent perdu, s'ajoute la deception sur le SAV et la politique commerciale de Stark Future qui n'a vraiment pas voulu s'interesser un minimum à mon cas. Je deconseille vivement ce produit et plus largement cette marque. Ne vous laisser pas pieger comme moi par son design magnifique et ses performances, rien d'autre ne va.

Problem med leverans, betalningar, svar, återkoplingar, registeringar som man får göra/ betala själv, moms mm.
Hojen Stark Varg EX med både problem med knappsats som kärvar från fabrik, styrenhet som fick bytas, mjukvara så inte går låsa hojen och nu verkar batteriet laddas ut från 98% till 1% på ett pass under 41min och då var det ett maxutag på 45hk och körning på hård liten crossbana med amatör bakom styret.... Plus att nu vill skatteverket ha pengar på moms som Stark Future har tagit i Spanien !! Skam företag!!!

Inom Europeiska unionen ska momsen vid ett unionsinternt köp enligt lag betalas av slutkunden till de lokala skattemyndigheterna. I ditt fall betalade du initialt momsen vid köpet, och beloppet återbetalades därefter till dig så att du kunde genomföra betalningen direkt till din lokala skattemyndighet, i enlighet med EU regelverk.
När det gäller synpunkterna på mjukvaran har vi tagit kundernas feedback på stort allvar och genomfört betydande förbättringar genom nya uppdateringar. Detta inkluderar bland annat en funktion som gör det möjligt att låsa motorcykeln, samt generella förbättringar av prestanda och stabilitet.

Als Hardendurofahrer ( beta 300 2t
Als Hardendurofahrer ( beta 300 2t - husqvarna 350 4t) wollte ich mal dieses Bike testen. Ab Modus 3 (40ps) ist die beschleunigung und das drehmonent der wahnsinn! Modus 5 (80ps) mit nichts zu vergleichen was ich bis jetzt gefahren bin. Die hintere bremse an der lenkstange ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das einzige wo ich noch zweifle ist der effektive einsatz im hardenduro gelände: zum hindernis anfahren, mit kupplung vorderrad anheben und hindernis überspringen... weiters im steilen gelände losstarten ohne das hinterrad einzugraben wegen der gewaltigen kraft - die 5 modi können nur bei stehendem bike gewechselt werden (nicht während der fahrt wie bei einem ebike). Gewicht ca. dem der husqvarna 350. Handling und sitzposition super (bin 185 gross). To

Deine Gedanken zum Hardenduro-Einsatz verstehen wir absolut. Wenn man jahrelang mit Kupplung gefahren ist, fühlt sich das direkte, sofort verfügbare Drehmoment erstmal anders an. Die gute Nachricht: Über die Fahrmodi in der Stark App kannst du die Leistungsentfaltung und Motorbremse sehr fein abstimmen – vom sanften, kontrollierten Setup bis hin zum aggressiven „Punch“ für Hindernisse wie Logs oder Felsstufen. Auch für steile Anfahrten lässt sich das Bike so einstellen, dass du maximale Kontrolle und Traktion bekommst.

Super moto mais c'est quand même bourré d'électronique donc faites extrêmement attention chez qui vous la faites entretenir pour moi en l'occurrence chez Bud racing ils sont complètement incompétent, 10 A/R atelier, presque 1 an immobilisé, aucun technicien formé j'ai du faire une procédure contre eux… Au final j'ai réussi à m'accorder avec Stark en direct qui ont démêlé l'histoire, mais que de temps perdu...

I ordered my Stark Varg MX through the…
I ordered my Stark Varg MX through the company's website. The order process was quick and easy. Since I was on vacation when I placed the order, I planned to transfer the full amount once I returned.
The first thing I noticed that didn't align with the company's high-quality image was the delivery date. It seemed to be a static value rather than a correct calculation. My delivery was scheduled for a Sunday, which isn't possible for deliveries, at least in Germany. Even after Stark's system registered my full payment, the delivery date was not updated. After waiting seven days with no movement on the order, despite their stated 7-day delivery time, I reached out to support. Once they processed my request, the shipping process started immediately. I got the feeling that if I hadn't contacted them, the order would have remained idle for a while.
I watched the shipping status, which changed every few hours, to see where the bike was. Once it reached the carrier's final depot, I was very excited for it to be delivered. Luckily, I was monitoring the tracking closely because I never received any information about the specific delivery time—no call, no email with an estimate. I was at home to receive it, but I'm not sure everyone would be so fortunate.
Assembling the bike was straightforward and easy, especially if you have worked on bikes before. While a few minor issues can detract from the experience, the first ride was worth all the stress beforehand.
However, after only three hours of riding, I already have two flat tires. I knew about the issues with Stark's tubes but thought they would have fixed this by now; apparently not. I contacted support, hoping they might offer me a set of new ones, perhaps the revised version they use on the new Alpha model. But that wasn't the case. They simply told me I could order the standard ones from their shop and did not offer a free pair as a replacement. I've never had a flat tire after just three hours of riding. One might be bad luck, but both? This, along with the response to my support inquiry, is very disappointing. I hope I don't have other issues in the future. In any case, I have now ordered standard inner tubes for the Varg MX.

7 months later and the bike isn't working
My bike has just arrived after waiting for more than 7 months. It has been all set up and is now not working.
When you twist the throttle you can hear the motor working but the back wheel is not spinning.
Initially we noticed that the light was flashing yellow so we initiated a software update by holding both of the up and down buttons at the same time. That fixed the light which is now green, but still no power to the back wheel and can't use the bike.
Hoping to be able to take this down if they can help me to resolve quickly.

Ich habe mein Motorrad erst 16 Stunden…
Ich habe mein Motorrad erst 16 Stunden gefahren, als ich feststellen musste, dass der Lenkeranschlag aus dem Rahmen herausgebrochen ist. Bei einer genaueren Überprüfung zeigte sich, dass die Schweißnaht an dieser Stelle völlig verrostet (+blasen) ist – ein deutliches Zeichen mangelnder Produktionsqualität.
Besonders enttäuschend ist jedoch der Kundenservice. Das Motorrad steht nun seit über zwei Monaten still. Statt Hilfe zu bekommen, wird mir unterstellt, ich hätte den Schaden selbst verursacht. Ein Garantiefall wird abgelehnt, obwohl eindeutig sichtbar ist, dass sich Blasen in der Schweißnaht befinden und diese stark korrodiert ist. Ein Sturz meinerseits hat nicht stattgefunden.
Die Antwort vom Händler war ebenso unbefriedigend: Der Rahmen sei nicht lieferbar, und man wisse nicht, wie mit der Fahrgestellnummer weiter zu verfahren ist. Seit über einer Woche wartet der Händler nun schon auf eine Rückmeldung – ohne Ergebnis.
Das Motorrad an sich ist wirklich top, keine Frage. Aber sobald ein Garantiefall eintritt, ist man auf sich allein gestellt. Der Support ist der schlechteste, den ich je erlebt habe. Es ist einfach nur erschreckend, wie mit Kunden umgegangen wird.
Überlegt euch gut, ob ihr euch wirklich eines dieser Motorräder zulegen wollt.

In deinem Fall war ein Rahmentausch notwendig. Leider wurde dabei ein falscher Rahmen von unserer Logistik versendet, was zu zusätzlichen Verzögerungen geführt hat. Für diese Umstände und das Gefühl, dass wir uns nicht ausreichend um deinen Fall kümmern, möchten wir uns ausdrücklich entschuldigen, das entspricht nicht unserem Anspruch an Service und Qualität.
Dein Anliegen wurde selbstverständlich im Rahmen der Garantie abgewickelt, und wir hoffen sehr, dass du dein Bike nun wieder uneingeschränkt genießen kannst.

Umgang mit Mängeln / Garantie
Vorab: das Bike ist insgesamt der Hammer.
Leider hat es kleine Designfehler, z.B. den Seitenständer, der extrem leicht bricht oder sich verbiegt. In meinem Fall ist er nun schon zum zweiten Mal verbogen. Dadurch schleift er über die Schwinge und verkratzt diese. Der Support ersetzt zwar das sehr günstige Halterungsteil, die Schäden an der Schwinge werden jedoch bestritten, sodass ich auf der beschädigten Schwinge für etwas über 400 EUR sitzen bleibe. Ich muss also insgesamt davon ausgehen, dass selbst offensichtliche Mängel nicht korrigiert werden - wenn also mal etwas größeres sein sollte steht man vermutlich sehr schlecht da.

No connection to the Stark Phone for over 2 months
No connection to the Stark Phone for over 2 months
I haven’t been able to connect my Stark Bike to the Stark Phone for more than two months. As a result, I can’t make any settings or see the battery status. Support does respond, but despite 20 emails and two meetings, there’s still no solution.
